The cozy apartment is located on the ground floor of a house in Sonthofen in the Berghofen district near the Grünten mountain. It is a residential area and suburban location. The apartment consists of a bedroom with double bed (one-piece mattress 200x160) with closet and TV. The bathroom is equipped with a steam shower and whirlpool and there is a small window. The living room has a larger window, is with a wood-burning stove and a corner kitchen in the back of the room (a little darker; light over the work surface, ceiling lamp ... available). There is also a dining table (between the corner kitchen and living room. In the living area there is a 2-seater sofa, a wooden wall unit with a display case, television and music system. The sofa can be converted into a sofa bed (190x140). Outside there is a terrace reserved for guests, directly at the house, with garden furniture (benches, table, wooden screen), parasol, grill. Privacy screen to the neighboring house and the street, wind protection made of glass. A parking space is available. There is also a shed for storing bicycles or skis. Just ask. Wir waren zu dritt plus 2 kleine Hunde in dieser schönen Unterkunft am Ortsrand. Es war alles vorhanden, was wir benötigt haben. Alles sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und hundefreundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.Es war unser erster Urlaub im Allgäu. Die Lage war für uns ideal, um auf Entdeckungs- und Wandertour zu gehen. Der Abschied von den Bergen fiel uns sehr schwer. Wir kommen wieder.

Für einen kürzen Aufenthalt ist die Wohnung gut geeignet. Jedoch für längere Aufenthalte nicht zu empfehlen. Böden im Flur und Schlafzimmer waren beschädigt. Küchenutensilien waren nicht wirklich sauber. Außenbereich lädt nicht zum verweilen ein, alles etwas schmuddelig.

Nicht zu empfehlen.Die Wohnung sollte im aktuellen Zustand eigentlich nicht vermietet werden. Feucht nach Wasserschaden, der Boden aufgequollen, Türen lassen sich nicht schließen, nicht sonderlich sauber, ungepflegt, abgewohnt und laut. Dusche, Herd und Kühlschrank in nicht benutzbarem Zustand. Putzutensilien mussten erst selbst besorgt werden.

Es lag ein Rohrbruch im Abwasserkanal vor, der bei Starkregen zu Wassereinbruch geführt hat. Der Schaden ist behoben. Duschen war stundenweise eingeschränkt. Es ist alles gereinigt und getrocknet. Kühlschrank und Spülmaschinen waren nicht betroffen.

Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ausreichend

Wir waren im ersten Eindruck positiv überrascht von der Wohnung. Beim zweiten Blick sind uns dann doch einige Dinge aufgefallen, die für uns nicht stimmig waren.Die Kommunikation mit den Anbietern war problemlos aber vor Ort findet die Kommunikation mit den Mieter im Haus statt. Erst auf Nachfrage erhielt ich den Schlüsselbox Code. Zudem sind wir am Sonntag anreist und es gab kein Toilettenpapier. Auf Nachfrage wurde nie reagiert. Die Dusche ist nur bedingt benutzbar (Duschkopf hält nicht, sehr verkalkt, Funktionen die angezeigt werden funktionieren nicht) und es gab auch keine Handseife im Bad. Dinge die wir als Elementar empfinden. Das Sofa hatte eindeutig Hundehaare an der Seite und auch das Geschirr musste man vor Benutzung zum Teil spülen. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt von 2 Tagen völlig ausreichend von der Größe.

Von den Verwaltern der Fewo haben wir nicht viel gesehen. Nur einmal durch Zufall draußen getroffen.

Die Wohnung hat nur 2 Fenster die auf eine Hauswand zeigen. Wasserkocher, Eierbecher nicht da. LED Birne im Essbereich flackerte stark und konnte nicht angemacht werden, TV nur mit Stecker ziehen ausgemacht, Wasser hinter der Toilette, Spülmaschine funktionierte nicht, Toilette zu niedrig, Hunde bellten einmal nachts ab 5Uhr ununterbrochen.

Danke für die Rückmeldung. Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einem Haus im Ortsgebiet. Man schaut auf den Weg zur Haustür, Gartenzaun Baum und Busch und auf das Nachbarhaus. Entsprechender Sichtschutz innen ist vorhanden. Der Wasserkocher war kaputt, ein neuer wurde bereits während des Aufenthalts neu besorgt. Eierbecher haben wir nicht. TV und Spülmaschine haben wir geprüft, beide Geräte funktionieren einwandfrei. Die flackernde Birne ist getauscht. Wasseraustritt hinter der Toilette konnten wir nicht feststellen, wir beobachten das. Bitte gern sofort Bescheid geben, dann können Dinge erklärt und Schäden behoben werden noch während des Aufenthalts. Für die Störung durch Hundegebell entschuldigen wir uns.

Gesamteindruck !

Die Wohnung ist für 2-3 Übernachtungen okay, einen längeren Urlaub, für uns eher nein. Die Mieter im DG des Hauses sind nett und hilfsbereit, aber auch früh auf den Beinen. Man sollte sich halt nicht an der kommunikativen Nachbarschaft stören und der Außenbereich oder die Sitzgelegenheit zur FW, bräuchte mal ein Update. Wie gesagt, für Kurzübernachtungen völlig in Ordnung.

Sauberkeit im Bad

Wir waren schon in vielen Ferienwohnungen, aber diese Unterkunft war bis jetzt der schlechteste. Die Wohnung war von der Sauberkeit ganz okay, aber das Bad und ganz besonderes die Dusche, war total verdreckt und schimmlig. So was haben wir noch nicht gehabt. An Aufruf an die Vermieterin: Bitte sanieren Sie das Bad ganz besonders die Dusche, so was geht gar nicht.

Nicht nach mal

Keinerlei Information des Vermieters nach dem Bezahlvorgang. Es dauerte 2 Stunden, bis klar wurde, wie man in die Unterkunft kommt. Später hieß es: "Wir haben Sie vergessen". Keine Verdunklung möglich: ab 6 Uhr taghell im Schlafzimmer. Haus sehr laut: Dauermieter vom 1. Stock gehen um 6:15 mit 2 Hunden die Holztreppen runter, redend, so dass alle aufwachen, die nicht schon durch das Licht geweckt wurden. Keinerlei Information über Aus-Checken: Wohin mit dem Schlüssel? Die Vermieter wohnen nicht im Haus und die bei FeWo hinterlegte Telefonnummer stimmt nicht. Alles nicht so einfach.
