Modern apartment with swimming pool, sauna and WiFi in the climatic health resort of Obermaiselste

Not at home and yet at home!
So that you feel comfortable at your holiday location, we have completely renovated our 4-person apartment and furnished it as comfortably as possible (dishwasher, microwave, LCD TV, laundry and drying facilities, as well as a ski and bike storage room in the house). The west-facing balcony offers wonderful mountain views.
Our telephone number has a very specific purpose: we have the chance to answer all your questions.

PS: For people who love long walks on the beach, we rent another holiday home on one of the most beautiful coasts in Holland (Veere).

Schön und praktisch

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen am Ortsrand von Obermaiselstein. Nachts hört man kein Auto fahren. Für 2 Personen genau richtig. Alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ! Preislich voll okay ! Empfehlenswert !

Schöne Wohnung

Schöne Wohnung - alles da was man so braucht - allerdings etwas hellhörig. Nicht für eBike- Fahrer geeignet, da sich der Fahrradraum im Keller befindet und eBikes halt ein bisschen schwerer sind als normale Fahrräder. Die Treppe rauf und runter war etwas beschwerlich. Die Straße ist relativ gut befahren. Das Schwimmbad im Haus hat auch eine ordentliche Größe und man kann gut ein paar Bahnen schwimmen.

Gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung in guter Lage

Wir beziehen in unserem Urlaub gerne Ferienwohnungen, in denen wir auch regelmäßig kochen und die wir als Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Unternehmungen nutzen.In dieser Ferienwohnung hat es uns an nichts gefehlt, modern eingerichtet, Geschirr und Küchenutensilien vollständig und kein Sammelsurium, Backofen, Mikrowelle und Spülmaschine vorhanden.Sogar ein kleines Schwimmbad im Haus.Parkplatz vorhanden.Einzig die naturnahen Wanderwege sind etwas weiter von der Wohnung entfernt.Trotzdem Daumen hoch.

Eine super Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung ist sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet, vor allem die Küche. Außer dem ist sie von der Größe perfekt für 2 Personen. Sie ist gut zu erreichen und man kann einige Wege gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichen. Das Schwimmbad konnten wir leider wegen Corona nicht nutzen.

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung mit schönem Balkon

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut für bis zu drei Personen geeignet, wobei ein Schlafplatz auf der Couch im Wohnzimmer ist. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Highlight ist der Balkon mit Blick auf die Berge und das hauseigene Schwimmbad. Es gibtiin der Umgebung viele Freizeitmöglichkeiten. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war immer sehr gut.

Komfortabel eingerichtete Wohnung mit guter Lage.

Wir haben eine Woche unserer Herbstferien hier verbracht und waren begeistert. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich, sauber und hat alles, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Auch an kleine, aber wichtige Sachen wurde gedacht: der Schirm an der Garderobe, der Fön (unserer lag nämlich zuhause). Das Schwimmbad haben wir zur Lockerung unserer Muskeln nach den Wanderungen gerne genutzt. Rundum perfekt. Der Ort ist klein, die Bäckerei fußläufig erreichbar, begleitet von klingenden Kuhglocken. Die Lage des Ortes ist sehr zentral, zahlreiche Sehenswürdigkeiten sind in Kürze zu erreichen. Die in der Wohnung ausliegenden Allgäu-Walser-Karten (die Ermäßigungen und z.T. freies Parken ermöglichen) haben wir mit der Vielcard erweitert und hatten so zahlreiche Attraktionen umsonst. Der Kontakt zum Besitzer war absolut unkompliziert und nett. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Eine wirklich schöne Wohnung

Liebevoll eingerichtet, alles was wir benötigt haben war auch in der Wohnung vorhanden, gemütliches Couch, gute Matratzen, Schönes Bad. Die Wohnung top. Im Hallenbad hätten ein paar Liegestühle sein können. Für einen Saunagang sind 3x2€ zu investieren.
