Bright and clean private vacation home near beach(playa Linda 12 miles) , near NASA, and SpaceX. Newly remodeled 2/2.5 . Watch rocket launches from the front or backyard or take a quick drive to the beach. IWC/ Indian river less then 1 mile away right next to a new shopping area that was just built. Very close to Kennedy Space Center and Merrit Island National Wildlife Refuge. Also near new Boeing headquarters and short drive to cocoa beach

- Smoking is not allowed inside the home, but you can smoke in outdoor areas such as the balcony and patio. Extra cleaning fees will apply (400 usd )
