Attractive 3 BR/2 BA directly oceanfront. King in Master, 2 twins in 2nd and 3rd rooms. TV in first bedroom, master bedroom and in family room.

Brand new wood flooring and bedroom carpets!! Very light and bright. Large open-air, shaded balcony for ocean/beach viewing and a table/chairs for dining.

Third Floor, no elevator.

We are located approximately one mile north of the spa at Ponte Vedra Resort (see link) and one mile south of the Jacksonville Beach Pier, which offers great fishing and shopping.

Close proximity to Mayo Clinic and Shands.

Numerous restaurants and stores within 1 mile offer both trendy/hip and casual/beachy dining and boutique shopping options. Several antique/home decor stores nearby. Come and enjoy the beautiful ocean views with a quiet yet kid-friendly atmosphere.
