Welcome to your perfect getaway at this adorable beach unit steps from the ocean! Ideal for families or couples, this charming retreat is right in the heart of Jax Beach, close to shops, nightlife, and delightful restaurants. 1205 has a warm and inviting atmosphere, making it easy to unwind. The unit features 1bedroom and 1bathroom, along with a spacious kitchen and dining room. Relax in the cozy living room after a day of beach fun. Create unforgettable memories in this lovely seaside escape!
The space
The walk to the beach is a short 3 minutes from the unit. The Main bedroom has 1 queen bed. There is a sofa bed in the living room. Our home has a patio off the fully equipped kitchen. There is a dedicated driveway with off street parking. So there is no worry about finding a space to park.

Pets:
We welcome 4 legged CANINE friends. No cats, please.
There is a Pet Fee of $60 per pet for up to 7 days, and $10 per day for each day after that. REQUIRED: When you reserve, please be sure to indicate if you will have animals with you. By booking with your dog or dogs you are agreeing that you have reviewed our following guidelines and agree to them.
Maximum allowed is 2 dogs under 20lb, or 1 dog under 40lb.
If you have a dog larger than this size, feel free to ask us for an exception but we must approve it.
Breed and age are needed along with current proof of vaccinations, and they must be on a current flea/tick protocol.
NO aggressive or unsocialized dogs.
Must be completely housetrained or kept in a kennel when left alone.
