Spacious and luxurious. Villa Vela Vrata is a beautiful and ideal choice for an unforgettable holiday. The villa is located in central Istria, the location is perfect. All sightseeing places, beaches, small and large cities are only 30 minutes away by car.

The house is 300 meters from a small village. You will have all the rest you need. A large private garden (over 2000 sqm) is at your disposal only. The privacy will be absolute. The environment is very quiet and peaceful.

The amazing three level pool is a good choice for children and for adults.
The outdoor dining and living area are just steps away from the pool, making everything near and accessible.

The interior is modern, beautifully decorated with special Istrian details. It is very comfortable and spacious. On the ground floor there is a luxurious and comfortable living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom,a separate WC and a bedroom with a king-size bed.
On the first floor are 4 comfortable and spacious bedrooms with double beds and each with an en-suite bathroom.

The days in the area are sunny, the nights are quiet. A holiday in Villa Vela Vrata will make you feel refreshed, filled with energy and good spirit.

What a lovely experience. The house was magnificent and Susanna and Dorian just adorable persons.

Wunderschöner Familienaufenthalt

Eine tolle Villa bei der es an nichts fehlt, unsere 4 Mädels haben den Urlaub genauso genossen wie wir. Durch die zentrale Lage sind alle Sehenswürdigkeiten schnell erreichbar. Suzana war eine klasse Gastgeberin die mit ihrer Herzlichkeit einen gelungenen Urlaub abgerundet hat.

Alles perfekt

Wir konnten einen absolut wunderbaren Urlaub verbringen. Das Haus hat sich für unsere Gruppe aus 5 Paaren perfekt geeignet weil jedes Zimmer ein eigenes Badezimmer mit WC hat. Es ist alles wunderschön eingerichtet und wir haben alles perfekt sauber vorgefunden. Auch außen ist alles super gepflegt und alles für die Freizeitgestaltung vorhanden. Die Beschreibung hat exakt gepasst und das Haus ist in natura beinahe noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Es liegt in einer schönen etwas abgeschiedenen Gegend und es war daher angenehm ruhig mit großzügigem Platzangebot. Die Vermieter waren extrem nett und hilfsbereit, haben sich sofort um alles gekümmert und sind auch sonst sehr sympathisch. Also einfach alles Spitze.

Super Villa für Kinder

Sehr erholsamer Urlaub, wir waren mit 6 Erwachsenen und 5 Kinder ( 1 J - 6 J alt ) 2 Wochen in der Villa Vrata. Es ist alles vorhanden was zu einem erholsamen Urlaub mit Kindern gebraucht wird ( Pool mit 3 verschiedenen Tiefen, Tischtennis Platte, Fußball Platz, Trampolin, u.v.m. ). Das ganze Gelände ist eingezäunt und abschließbar. Wir hatten stetig super netten Kontakt zu Suzana die sich wirklich um jedes Anliegen unglaublich schnell gekümmert hat. Es war für uns alle ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

Sehr schöner Urlaub!

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in der Villa! Sie war für uns ideal gelegen. Rovinj, Pula, Porec, Labin und viele weitere schöne Orte sind in 30 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Der nächste Supermarkt ist ca 10 Minuten weg. Die Ausstattung des Hauses war sehr gut. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Suzana war eine wundervolle Gastgeberin!!! Sie hat uns mit Süßigkeiten verwöhnt und sogar Holz zum Befeuern des Pizzaofens besorgt. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Tolles Ferienhaus, gerne wieder !

Sehr schönes, sauberes! und großes Ferienhaus, auch für eine größere Gruppe mit Kleinkindern (für jeden genügend Platz). Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Anlage selbst ist sehr gepflegt und bietet mehr als genügend Platz für das Spielen der Kinder. Das Ferienhaus selbst war sehr gut, über dem Standard ausgestattet und hatte genügend Kinderstühle und Reisebetten - ideal! Die Lage ist zentral und innerhalb einer halben Stunde am Meer und den den verschiedenen Städten/Attraktionen. Der Empfang, Betreuung vor Ort und Check-Out durch Susanne war sehr herzlich und freundlich. Danke schön !! Auch die Kommunikation bis zum Urlaub war prima. …daher: weiterzuempfehlen und gerne wieder !

Tolles Haus in ruhiger Lage

Es war ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub in einem tollen Haus! Ideal war der Pool mit drei Ebenen für die Erwachsenen und zwei kleine Kinder ( 1,5 + 3 Jahre). Wir wurden sehr herzlich von den Gastgebern begrüßt und bekamen einen gut gefüllten Kühlschrank (Wein / Bier / Schnaps / Gebäck / Melone usw.) übergeben. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist sehr modern und sauber, es war genügend Geschirr / Gläser / Töpfe / Pfannen usw. vorhanden und sogar gleiches! Für die Kinder ist sehr viel geboten, wie Rutschbahn, Trampolin, Schaukel, Fußballpatz, Volleyballplatz, Tischtennis und natürlich der super Pool. Ich möchte mich herzlich bei Suzana + Dorijan für den schönen Aufenthalt bedanken! Hoffentlich bis bald Robert

Unik og perfekt pool villa

Villaen fremstår helt som beskrevet, og er virkelig lækker. Indretningen, huset, omgivelserne og faciliteterne er helt i top. Desuden er værterne yderst venlige, der var en velkomst pakke i køleskabet med lækker kage samt drikkevare. Dagen inden afrejse kom de desuden med hjemmelavede pandekager. En helt igennem sublim oplevelse, som får vores varmeste anbefalinger.

Toller Aufenthalt in Kroatien - Villa ist sehr zu empfehlen

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in der Villa Vela Vrata. Die Unterkunft is sehr zu empfehlen - es fehlt an nichts. Für manche könnte die Lage ein kleiner Nachteil sein. Wir hatten uns bewusst für die etwas abgelegenen Lage entschieden. Größere Städte lassen sich mit dem Auto in ca 25 Minuten erreichen. Tolle Freizeitmöglichkeiten auf dem riesigen Grundstück, speziell auch für Kinder gegeben. Spielhaus inkl. Rutsche und Schaukel, Trampolin, kleine Fussballtore, Badminton-Netz, Tischtennisplatte….. Einen Verbesserungsvorschlag haben wir: die Türklingen in den oberen Schlafzimmern quietschen unheimlich - es war immer ein wenig Glücksspiel in das Zimmer zu gehen ohne unsere kleine Tochter durch das Geräusch aufzuwecken. Die 3 Pools sind ebenfalls sehr schön und nach Tiefe abgestuft. Ein weiteres Highlight ist die große Außenküche mit Grill und Pizzaofen! Dazu noch liebe und zuvorkommende Gastgeber welche uns mit süßem Gebäck begrüßt haben. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft sehr gerne weiter!

Wunderschöner Urlaub in Istrien

Das Haus war wirklich der Hammer. Wir waren zu 7 mit 2 Hunden für 2 Wochen zu Gast. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und haben sich bestens um uns gekümmert. Wir werden definitiv wiederkommen!

Aggressive landlord

We stayed at this property for one week. While the house is nice and the pictures are accurate, the landlord was very aggressive towards us. Even though the description claims that events are allowed, we could not play music outside after 10pm. One of the cheap beds (made out of plywood) accidentally broke. The owner then proceeded to ask for a ridiculously high amount as a replacement. We of course refused this unreasonable demand and he then threatened to damage our cars and was very aggressive. We reluctantly agreed on a payment which was still way more than the bed should have been worth.

Sadly, we were not able to refund the bed you broke, nor the dishwasher you broke, and had to buy all new equipment on the same day so our future guests have a pleasant experience. Destructive parties of 12 young boys indifferent to their neighbors are not allowed events. Fantastic villa, excellent location

The villa is amazing and the photos don’t really do it justice. The location is superb for those people (like us) that like peace and quiet and large outdoor spaces. We stayed as 2 families of 4 (4 adults and 4 children) for 2 weeks. We loved the large outdoor space, which included a big swimming pool, football pitch, badminton net, trampoline, table tennis and a large veranda to relax in the shade. We also made good use of the pool room and the outside kitchen area proved really useful. The indoor space is also very nice, with modern facilities (excellent AC, good showers, large US-style fridge/freezer) and the beds are very comfortable. The accommodation is also kept very clean. While there was a language barrier (none of us speak much of any language other than English), the owners (who live next door, but some distance away) are very welcoming and on-hand if needed, without being at all intrusive. During our stay we were given home-made pastries, oils and spirits, which we really enjoyed. During the first few days there were a lot of wasps due to the weather conditions but this was dealt with promptly by the owners. The villa is well situated in Istria such that you can enjoy the remoteness while being within easy reach of all the big towns and many attractions that this part of Croatia has to offer. We really enjoyed our time here and cannot recommend the villa highly enough.

Sehr schön!

Wir haben zum ersten Mal ein Ferienhaus gebucht, waren uns nicht sicher, ob wir das wieder finden, was wir im Internet gesehen hatten. Zu unserer positiven Überraschung war es sogar noch besser! Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieterin! Das Einzige ist die Entfernung zum Strand, aber das wussten wir vorher. Sehr ruhig gelegen, man kann abends die Sterne bewundern, sehr große Anlage, sehr schöne Schwimmbäder für klein & groß. Gegen die Langeweile ist es ausreichend gesorgt. Dieses Ferienhaus verdient volle Punktzahl! Danke nochmal an die Vermieter!

Die Villa ist absolut klasse, es gibt viel Platz und es ist alles vorhanden was man für einen schönen und erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Das Haus und das Grundstück sind gepflegt und sauber. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet (Gewürze, Spülmaschinen Tabs usw.). Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend (bei der Anreise standen schon Kuchen und Getränke im Kühlschrank. Wenn man Fragen oder Probleme hatte bekam man sofort eine Antwort oder es wurde was organisiert/repariert. Essen gehen muss man unbedingt bei Familie Ferlin, ein kleines aber super Restaurant auf einem Bauernhof. Super nettes Personal, klasse Essen und Getränke, und drei Preis stimmt auch. Wir können die Villa Vela Vrata ruhigen Gewissens weiter empfehlen.
