Clean & well maintained w/ eat-in kitchenette, fridge, microwave, Keurig, sun deck w/ ocean view, 1 parking spot, 2 televisions w/ ROKU TV, free WiFi + 2 air conditioners/heat pumps. Very short walk to main beach, restaurants & shops. No pets, no smoking + no children under 12. Common area includes patio tables + chairs. Reasonably quiet guests appreciated. No parties please. Beautiful view, perfect location

Just a great place to stay, walking distance to everything, beach, shops, restaurants. Super comfy bed, well equipped kitchenette, private deck overlooking the river and ocean. What more could you want? Would stay here again without hesitation

Loved the view- especially in the morning.The decks were so nice in the warm October weather. The location was great for walking, shopping and dining. Quiet and peaceful.The host answered all my questions in advance.It was a wonderful autumn stay.

The location couldn't have been more ideal. We loved our stay but just be aware of how tiny this space is. Unfortunately, we didn't have great weather so we found it difficult to find a place to hang wet towels from the beach and shower. Very comfortable bed and pullout couch. I would stay here again!

The condo is centrally-located, is well-appointed and has everything you need. Small deck, super comfy bed, Roku tv and spectacular views of the ocean!! Will definitely stay here again in the future!

Long weekend

Very nice place! Everything we could want was there. And excellent location, walked everywhere. Parked in space provided and never needed to use car until our stay was over. Weather didn't cooperate but we still managed some balcony time (with two balconies could stay in sun, very nice).

Perfect spot

This was our second stay at this property. The unit is extremely clean and modern equipped with the basic necessities you would expect. The location cannot be beat- short walk to town, short walk to the beach and the perfect deck to sit and watch the tide roll in and out!

Fantastic Location

We came to ogunquit for a family wedding. This condo is perfectly located and within walking distance to the beach marginal way, and dining. The condo was well equipped and comfortable and very clean. We would recommend this property to anyone looking for a beach vacation.

Great place to stay!

This is our second visit to one of my favorite places! It is a comfortable place to stay for 2 people and has beautiful views of the river tides and ocean. We enjoyed watching the tides change from the deck. The beach,restaurants and marginal way are all in walking distance. We hope to be back next year!

Great Place!

Traveling with my 18 year old daughter! Place was perfect size for the two of us! Location and view from the deck was wonderful. Great walking distance to restaurants, beach, and Marginal Way! I would definitely stay here again! Quick side note…there was construction next door (a little bit of noise) and some material in parking lot that made it hard to park on the first day but it was moved out of the way on day 2!

Very Open Bright Lovely Space

Loved it. Note: It’s not great for anyone that plans to cook much. There’s no stove/oven, just a portable 2 burner hot plate and very little counter space.
