Eine Wohlfühl-Wohnung mit Balkon und eigenem Parkplatz, der sonst in Wismar nicht so leicht zu finden ist. Sehr nette Nachbarn in unmittelbarer Umgebung und die Altstadt ist in 5 min. zu Fuß erreichbar. Insel Poel und Boltenhagen - alles nicht weit entfernt.Der Vermieter sehr unkompliziert, alles hat perfekt geklappt.Sehr zu empfehlen.

Der Aufenthalt hat uns gefallen. Die Wohnung liegt unmittelbar an einem kleinen Park und der Fußgängerzone. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut (z.b. Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler u.a.). Ein großer Vorteil ist der Parkplatz am Haus. Der Gastgeber ist äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Direkt nach unserem Einzug hat er sich nach unserer Zufriedenheit erkundigt.

Absolute Vorteile dieser Wohnung sind die Lage und der Parkplatz vor der Tür. Die Altstadt ist nur 2 Gehminuten entfernt. Zudem ist die Wohnung gemütlich, praktisch geschnitten und hat einen Balkon. Die Idee mit der "Bücher- und Weinbörse" fanden wir sehr nett. Auch die Teelichter sind eine nette Geste. Wir fühlten uns sofort wohl in der Wohnung und würden sie wieder buchen.

Die Wohnung war perfekt für unsere Zwecke. In fünf Minuten zu Fuß im Stadtzentrum und gleichzeitig am Rand und verkehrsgünstig. Der Vermieter ist gut erreichbar und hat viele Tipps in einem Ordner und an einer Pinnwand. Die Waschmaschine funktioniert tip-top, die Küche ist geräumig und insgesamt ist es gemütlich. Ein bisschen WG-Feeling. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt

Wohnung war merkwürdig aufgeteilt. Okay, mehr aber auch nicht. Leider nicht besonders sauber. Dafür, dass man Endreinigung bezahlt, nicht genug. Sorry.

Wunderbare Lage

Die Ferienwohnung liegt nur wenige Fußminuten von der Altstadt und dem Hafen entfernt. Der Parkplatz ist hinter dem Haus. Ferienwohnung ist klein aber fein und reicht für 2 Personen völlig aus.

Toller Aufenthalt

In der Ferienwohnung ist alles vorhanden, unmittelbar am Rande der Altstadt. Mit dem Fahrrad waren wir in 5 Minuten am Hafen. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe und die Wohnung ist genau wie im Internet beschrieben. Wir empfehlen dieses Objekt auf jeden Fall weiter.

Für eine Städtereise perfekt

Die Fewo liegt am Rande der Wismarer Altstadt und ist für eine Städtereise perfekt. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten sind alle fußläufig zu errechen. Alles, was man braucht, ist in der Wohnung vorhanden.
