Crivitz Log Cabin on Sandstone Flowage 1 Hour - Lambeau Field

Enjoy this 2,300 square foot log cabin situated on the pristine shores of the Peshtigo River-- only 50 miles from Lambeau Field.

Experience your own paradise nestled on 150’ of private shoreline on Sandstone Flowage-- a 153 acre section of the Peshtigo River located 45 miles north of Green Bay. The flowage boasts awesome fishing for muskie, walleye, northern pike, bass and unlimited panfishing from the dock.

This log cabin has five bedrooms along with an open loft to relax and enjoy the view of the river or read a book. The master bedroom has its own bathroom with heated tile floor as well as a private covered porch to start your day and end your evening with a peaceful view of the river. The great room has hardwood floors with a magnificent floor to ceiling fieldstone wood burning fireplace and a 22’ tall wall of windows giving you an unobstructed view of the river. The other three bedrooms are spacious and have a full bathroom with heated tile floors.

In summer enjoy boating, watersports, swimming, fishing, biking, campfires or just relaxing all within site of your doorstep. We have a private dock with 14’ aluminum boat, 2 kayaks,and paddleboat for your use. Within a short drive enjoy four public golf courses, horseback riding, ATVing, whitewater rafting, berry picking along with the numerous shops and restaurants in the area. Fully guided walleye fishing trips on the Bay of Green Bay with Allen's Guide Service are available for an extra fee.

In fall enjoy the beautiful colors of the Nicolet National Forest along with the many breathtaking waterfalls in the area. The Nicolet Forest boasts some of the best small game and deer hunting in the state along with excellent duck and goose hunting on the river. Private guided archery hunts are available with Allen's Guide Service for an extra fee.

In winter enjoy over 450 miles of groomed snowmobile trails and a groomed cross country ski trail right from the front door. You are within a one hour drive of two downhill ski hills. You can also enjoy ice skating and ice fishing, or a warm nighttime bonfire.

You will enjoy all the comforts of home in this private, luxurious get-away. With so much fun to choose from, you will have memories to enjoy for a lifetime!

Strip any used beds
Take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and return the keys
Please hang all wet towels up to dry.
Please make sure boat is secured to the dock or pulled on shore. All kayaks put on shore with the paddles. Return all life jackets to the outdoors storage bin.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
We also have a deck boat available for your use. If interested please let us know and we can discuss rates.
Deposit will be held to repair or replace items that have been damaged or are missing.

The place was wonderful. We had family with children ranging in age 1 to 11 and they all had a wonderful time. Excellent location. The children loved fishing off the dock and swimming and using the kayaks. Great time!

Beautiful log cabin. Well stocked kitchen, very clean. On a beautiful river. We fished, tubed and kayaked! Very easy check in and out! We will definitely rent it again. It fit our family of 9 perfectly!

This place was great for our family! There was a lot of things for everyone to do (swimming, fishing, kayaking, games, etc), or you could just relax and enjoy the quiet peacefulness of the lake. Scott was really nice to work with too.

Excellent summer vacation

We had everything we needed and host was responsive. The house is beautiful! The kayaks and paddle boat were well used as well as the sandy area. The washer and dryer were a nice amenity. Some of the beds were less comfortable than others, but overall we loved our stay.

Perfect Up North Vacation!

Our family had a great time at this beautiful vacation home! The house was very clean and came with everything you could possibly need. The lakefront view was gorgeous! We spent a lot of time outside playing games, fishing off the pier, sitting by the fire, kayaking and paddle boating. We had so much fun and made memories that will last a lifetime!

Family get away

The house was well stocked with everything. Plenty of outdoor seating for everyone in our group. The owner was easy to get ahold of. The only down fall was the fishing. We didnt catch anything, but there are plenty of lakes that were near by.

Beautiful home in a great location

Great property with an awesome lawn space right on the river. Fun pier to jump off, and a small sandy beach that the kids loved to play in. Home has all the amenities you want for a family stay. The kayaks, paddleboat, and fishing boat were nice to use. The river the home is on is slow and easy to fish. I'd say the only issue was the upstairs queen mattresses were quite uncomfortable. I'd totally stay again!

Family weekend at the cabin

We had 7 adults and 4 small children stay for a family weekend. The cabin was perfectly sized for us (and actually had an extra bedroom). The yard, lake, and dock were just what we were looking for! The guys caught some fish, the kids swam almost all day, and we relaxed around the fire at night. Only surprise was that there was little service and no internet, so I wish we would have been a bit more prepared from that aspect.

Great for Multi-Family get away

We had a great stay! 4 Families with kids ranging from 9 months to 13 years, it was a perfect space for all. Such a great location that we didn't even have to leave the property, so much to do, between a large yard, paddle boat, canoe, we were able to use a ski boat and jet ski on the lake. The house had everything we needed, including outside chairs, firewood, just made the Summer experience feel great! We would highly recommend to anyone else and would book again. There is no WI-FI or great cell services, but all the adults loved the ability to disconnect and if needed go up the road to get service!

Family time

The house is very well stocked from roasting marshmallow sticks to a big griddle. We used the row boat and Paddle boat. The view is gorgeous from sun up to sundown. Enjoyed campfires, fishing off the pier, sitting outside, playing corn hole and little sand area was great. Some issues were the kitchen sink for drinking water and the mattresses and pillows were not like home for sure.

Had Fun

The house is nice and pretty much everything you'll need is there (towels, soap, everything for the kitchen). The sandy area behind the house was small, but the water was high so some was under water. The parents fished from the pier while the kids swam by it. It was great to see everyone have a good time without wifi! Our security deposit was immediately returned and the owner always responded quickly to messages.

Fabulous Stay

This house was wonderful. Relaxing place with plenty to do. Kayaks, paddle boat and Row boat were great to use. That along with fishing and fires at night (owner supplied wood) made for a very happy time for my grandkids. In fact for all of use. We all happily utilized all this equipment. House was beautiful and very adequate for us. And the kitchen , oh my gosh the kitchen, was very well stocked with equipment for all our cooking needs. When we weren’t running around doing all the fun stuff there we just totally relaxed in the beautiful yard on the water. Games and reading was easy to pick up out there because chairs and tables were there just waiting for our use. All in all a beautiful place both inside and out! Comfortable too.

Girls Weekend

Girls Weekend was a success. The cabin is beautiful and spacious with a wonderful view and good access to Crivitz while also being quiet and peaceful. Our group took advantage of the fire pit outside (thanks to Scott for the firewood) and the DVD player worked great for our chick flick night. Thanks to our hosts!

Great place on the river

Beautiful place on scenic river. Nice amenities, though wish there were bathroom on second floor. Beds fairly comfortable. Very close to our family who lives up there. Should leave instructions on how to work bathroom shower in second bathroom. Worked perfectly for my brothers and sisters for the weekend. Wished we would have had more time to just stay there and enjoy the scenic view but were up for memorial and were gone both days. Would definitely stay here again.
