Gorgeous home in Bast

Above the popular resort of Baska Voda, in the village of Bast, is this lovingly furnished vacation home consisting of two units connected by internal stairs. It is surrounded by olive trees and lots of greenery and has a panoramic view of the sea and the islands. From the other side there is a view of the Biokovo mountain. In the garden in front of the house you can prepare delicious meals on the grill and sit together until late at night. Next to the grill is the covered terrace. Next to the house is the pool and from the sun deck extends the view of the sea and the island of Brac Visit Makarska with a variety of bars and restaurants and many other amenities. Also worth seeing is the city of Split with its magnificent stone buildings and promenade.

Das haus hat eine sehr ruhige lage und liegt auserhalb des Stadtverkehrs und bietet eine Wunderschö

Das haus hat eine sehr ruhige lage und liegt auserhalb des Stadtverkehrs und bietet eine Wunderschöne Aussicht. Die nächste stadt "Makarska" ist etwa 15-20 minuten mit dem auto zu erreichen und bietet genug Einkaufsläden. Die Küche des Hauses oben und unten ist gut ausgestattet und bietet genug Platz zum Kochen. Der Backofen ist allerdings oben. Die untere Küche besitzt nur einen Gasherd und einen kleinen Backofen. Der Aufstieg zum Haus ist etwas eng, da die Straße nur Platz für ein Auto bietet. Ausweichmöglichkeiten sind aber da, falls Gegenverkehr kommt. Klimaanlagen sind oben und unten nur im Wohnzimmer vorhanden. Es wird empfohlen eventuell einen Ventilator mitzunehmen. Das Schlafsofa steht oben, war aber schon sehr durchgelegen. Empfehlung: einen Topper mitnehmen. Parkmöglichkeiten sind hinterm haus für maximal 3 Autos. Der eine Abstelllplatz fürs Auto ist allerdings sehr Steil. Ein weiterer Parkplatz befindet sich direkt vor dem Haus im Schattenplatz hinter einem Schiebetor. Lässt sich allerdings nicht abschließen. Es sind viele Aktivitäten in der nähe möglich z.b.: Riverrafting, Quadtouren, Touristentouren. Auch der Krkapark und die Stadt Split (1h mit dem auto) sind sehr zu empfehlen.
