Perfect spot. Great location near downtown. We parked at the cottage and didn't use the car all weekend. Walk to Shakespeare festival and lithia park. Plenty of restaurants and brunch spots nearby. We had a fantastic time and will rebook here in the future.
Host was extremely responsive and took care of things very quickly. Nice king-sized bed, but not a king-sized blanket. Bedroom air conditioner was noisy, so we turned it on to cool the room down, then shut it off when we went to bed. Kitchen items were on the sparse side, but adequate. We turned the table in the kitchen sideways so that we could eat at it, which made it much for convenient. Cute place and we would stay there again.
This comfortable unit is within easy walking distance to The Shakespeare Festival, Oregon Cabaret Theater, the Historic Railroad District, Lithia Park and many excellent restaurants. We were there during a very hot spell and while there was A/C it was insufficient for cooling the main living area. Our hosts were very responsive, delivering an additional fan that helped. There is a cute sitting area under a sun shade just outside the unit where we had our morning coffee and watched several doe and fawns pass by.
Sweet place to stay! Modern, clean, central and attractive. We will stay here again!

Liked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
Pros: Excellent location. Good communication with hosts.
Cons: Only big enough for two adults to stay, possibly a child on the couch. The description said it accommodates 4 people, but the couch isn’t big enough for adults. Also, the water in the bathroom doesn’t allow use of shower and sink at the same time.
We really enjoyed our short stay here! The cottage is clean, in a great location for walking to OSF and great food, and in a good neighborhood. Communication with the owner/manager was very easy and they were responsive to our few questions. We hope to return in 2025 for a longer visit!
King size bed for the three of us is such a treat and we were walking distance to delicious food AND had a kitchen to well appointed we made our most of our own meals!
The location was great. Kitchen well supplied. A table to sit at while eating would be nice. Also a small outdoor space that is not on an alley would be pleasant to have
This was our second stay at the property, it was as fine as the first last year. Extremely convenient, we didn’t use our car again after arrival. We actually used the kitchen this time too, all in good working order, nice dishes and utensils, etc. We hope the show goes on so we can stay again next year (or sooner).

clean and comfy bed. Overall, nice. BUT front door lock and instructions not good. The numbers on the lock are invisible. there is no obvious "home" button to push. None of which is mentioned in the instructions. Also, the sign on the top of the fridge needs attention. The headline is "Before you leave" with no hint that tenants should read it upon arrival to see the internet instructions. There is no book of further information as claimed.
truly the perfect tiny house for a couple to stay in! overall we had a lovely time, and we would stay here again if we come back. super easy walking distance to the Main Street of Ashland while still being far away enough to ensure seclusion and privacy. we had an issue with a different guest parking in our spot the first night but the host immediately proposed a temporary solution while they sorted the issue out. a few issues: the linens were universally stained, on the bed and the towels in the bathroom. I don’t think this means they weren’t washed but they didn’t look very nice. also, you can’t get into the fridge if you are sitting at the little table in the kitchen, which is impractical. last issue was the water in the shower which throttled from burning to freezing and back. however, in the grand scheme of things these are all small issues. I would recommend staying here.
This was just what it said it would be! We wanted a place that was within walking distance of the festival and felt private. This ticked all the boxes. I would recommend this property to anyone visiting Ashland!
