House was great, and the location was central. Everything was clean and the host was responsive. Overall great stay. Mexican grocery store across the street had great food.
Honestly, was the perfect place to stay. Not too far from anything, a few decent places to walk to right next to the vrbo - GREAT mexican grocery store across the street and the Ruby Slipper diner a baseball throw away. The owners were responsive and went above and beyond!
We had a nice stay. The place was pretty clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms could use towels racks, as there wasn't anywhere to hang bath or hand towels. The backyard also is not as big as the pictures make it seem, and there are tall leafy plants lining the fence, which is great for privacy, but lots of the leaves ended up in the pool. Overall it was a decent place.
There was 8 of us. Plenty of room, took advantage of the pool and Mexican Grocery store across the street was great. And we walked home from JazzFest 3 of the 4 nights.
This property was convenient to anywhere you may want to go in the city, all you have to do is jump on the trolley! The backyard was absolutely beautiful, we felt like we were in Florida. Wish that it wasn’t so cold so we could’ve enjoyed the pool. Will def book if we come back in spring/summer months. Don’t short yourself, splurge on yourself & book this home!!!
We so enjoyed our time. This house was absolutely perfect for all your needs. Coffee was provided. Beds were comfortable. Amazing murals. We loved. It. All.
I hosted my sister’s bachelorette party this past weekend and this house set the tone for a really fun but fancy stay! The artwork on the walls was beautiful and the pool was sensational! The home was bigger than we expected and the bedrooms were more spacious that anticipated as well! Also the market was really conveniently located across the street, as was the ruby slipper for brunch! This was so awesome!

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication
Disliked: Location
Not as it seem
My experience was the house was nice but location was horrible. Next door to the house is a work release center. There we're men-athat was hunging out drinking and urinating in public all night. Two of the bedrooms didn't have television.
The property was great size for my group. The house is isolated on a commercial block so you don’t have to worry about neighbors complaining. There is a store directly across the street that you can literally buy anything at. The trolley is a short walk away which will take you to Bourbon St. We Ubered everywhere which was not much as all. The host was great and responded quickly and even let us checkout late when half of my groups flight got delayed. Only draw back was not being able to access the pool from the outside. You have to go thru one of the bedrooms which led to a little confusion when others wanted to sleep. Other than that everything was great. I was not disappointed for my birthday weekend.
Great house but not so great neighborhood. It was really nice to have a pool and grocery stores so close. Mexican grocery was the best as was the Ruby Slipper for Brunch. Highly recommend this house even though the neighborhood is a bit sketchy.
This property is awesome for family to get together in the summer. Enjoyed the open space and the pool area. So clean and lovely. Would highly recommend.
The property was beautiful and as described. The host was very responsive and the house was super cute and we loved it and did not want to leave! Highly recommended!
The house was so awesome! We stayed in November for my husband's 40th birthday with 5 of our close friends. I loved to look at all of the intricate details in every single room. So neat! The pool was a nice temperature and was perfect for a relaxing dip. The owners were attentive and responded immediately to any questions I had. My guests and I had so much space and the location is convenient. It is on a busy road, but inside the home and in the back yard you would never know! The house was very clean, I could tell that the cleaners take pride in their work. We loved having the TV outside and the perfect brunch spot (Ruby Slipper) was 2 doors down! If we return to New Orleans we would definitely want to stay in this exact house again. I have stayed in many homes, but this one was definitely one of my favorites!
