The house was so clean and comfy. We fit seven people with EXTRA room. We also felt safe during the day and night. I love that it included the two parking spots. Its hard to come by in nola. The beds were comfortable. It had all the little extras we needed. I would definetly stay here again. Short drive from the hustle and bustle. I also loved that we had a cute little outdoor space as well. LOOOVE! They will charge you a 500 deposit seperate from the vrbo charges that will be returned at the end of the trip. Just fyi before booking.
We had the best time! The house is in a great location! Really close to the Superdome. It’s very spacious and clean. The beds were also pretty comfortable. We will definitely be back!
We had a very enjoyable experience staying at the Urban Oasis. Great location, tons of space for family and friends. We had two rental cars with spots for both. The host was very responsive to minor requests. Would definitely stay again when we visit NOLA.

This location was perfect for our group trip to NOLA. It's very close to everything, and uber/lyft's were easy to get. The area has several good options to eat right in the neighborhood within walking distance. There was plenty of space in the house for everyone, and would 10/10 recommend for group travel to the Crescent city.
House was clean and spacious for our extended family. Location is convenient to CBD/Quarter. Private off street parking is big plus. Only issue is neighborhood is not best but, always felt safe.
Beautiful and spacious property!!! Love the antique and rustic accents keeping the historic feel of the original home, and yet still blends in some modern features. This was a peaceful and relaxing location with no troubles from the outside world!! Will definitely use as a getaway again soon!
The property was conveniently located near local restaurants and food stores, all in walking distance. The property is located on a busy street but it was usually quiet on weekends with more traffic on the weekdays which is expected. There was one maintenance issue within the house but I spoke with the property owner and was assured it would be taken care of. I would absolutely book this property again should I return to New Orleans.

Great weekend in NOLA
We had a fantastic weekend at this property. There were eight of us, and we fit comfortably into this large townhome with 3 full bathrooms. You'll have to take an Uber or the streetcar to get to the French Quarter, but the location is otherwise fine. Brunch at the Ruby Slipper was delicious. There is a Whole Foods just down the street to grab food and drinks for your stay. Isaac made the check-in, check-out process easy, and was a great host - providing very helpful instructions and NOLA tips.

Thanks for staying with us, Scott. So glad that y'all enjoyed yourselves! Its not a townhome though :). Dont want anyone to be confused. It's a single family, single story, ~1900 square foot house.
Everything was perfect. Unfortunately, we messed our cars up pretty bad trying to access the backyard. Lots of construction work on the side street of the house.

Glad to hear your stay was perfect! Unfortunately, city street construction is beyond our control and is happening all over the city. Since this stay, we have opened a different means of access for the reserved parking and are working with the city to have our main driveway unblocked.
We are a group of friends who rent a house together for several days after or before we attend a national meeting. We like to have time to see "where we are" and not just the inside of the hotel where our meetings take place. This home was just as clean and nice as the pictures showed. We cooked our dinners and had lunches out while we were exploring the area. We found everything we needed for cooking. Dining area had plenty of room for our group too. Isaac contacted me after we arrived to check on us and see if anything was needed. We would stay there again.

Not the best
Absolutely no amenities, not even Kleenex. Toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags and towels were present along with 2 spice mixes obviously left by the last guests. A small amount of coffee or fruit might be a nice welcoming offer. One night a disturbed drunk screamed, yelled, and pounded outside. Police responded two hours later. The air conditioning was not uniform with the front of the house too warm, while the rear was chilly. All in all, not our favorite rental.

Tom visited during a very busy Jazz Fest weekend, including lots of revelers and drunks in town. Unfortunately, we were not able to assist him with any of these issues, as he did not communicate any problems with us until this review. We were immediately responsive when he had other mid-stay questions.
