Our house is located 18 minutes walk from 2 RER B stations (Hacquiniere and Gif sur Yvette)<br>35 minutes from Denfert Rochereau (Paris)<br>45 minutes from Châtelet Les Halles (central Paris)<br>45 minutes from the Palace of Versailles by car <br>30 minutes from Orly by RER B and 90 minutes Roissy CDG by RER B<br>Our wooden frame architecture house is a haven of peace in the Chevreuse valley in the middle of nature with a garden giving access to a hiking trail. <br>Very quiet property.<br><br>Sleeps 10, a large terrace with a view of the valley, gas BBQ and a garden with access to the forest, 3 vegetable gardens. <br>Air-conditioned house<br>Our pretty town of Gif has a very pretty little historic town centre (12 minutes walk) church of the thirteenth century and hiking trails, cycle paths and access to several forests. <br>Restaurants, crêperie, brasserie... all food shops, hairdressers, beauty salons, etc... all at the end of rue Vatonne, 2 Markets Thursday and Sunday morning. <br>
