Perfectly located less than 100yds to Camp Watercolor, this home is ideally set up for families to come together for a dream vacation experience. With 2 primary suites, including king suite on the main floor, and 2 guest rooms, everyone will have dedicated space to relax. When it is time to be together, you'll love the private outdoor spaces that celebrate the outdoor lifestyle which makes Watercolor a haven. The front porch features cushioned bench swing, deluxe lounge chairs and ceiling fans. This porch is also fully enclosed w/ a gate entrance, to create a more secure environment for little ones to roam. The screened in back porch features outdoor dining, cushioned seating set, and ceiling fans. The adults will enjoy hanging out in this private space while the kids enjoy movie night in the upstairs TV nook.

Camp Watercolor features a cantina, towel service, a lazy river, waterslides, kids pool, lap pool, and lots of poolside seating. Seasonally heated community pools ensure outdoor enjoyment year round. The Camp Field, directly across from the home is great for a game of soccer, football or even a family picnic. The gorgeous, new Watercolor Beach Club is quick 5min bike or golf cart ride away from Sea Vous Play.
