In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use). In Winter: please take snow chains. Stepped path to the house. Roofed, parking. Grocery 1.4 km, supermarket 1.4 km, shopping centre 1.4 km, bicycle rental 1.1 km, bus stop "Tuftbach" 100 m, railway station "Grindelwald Dorf" 1.1 km, indoor swimming pool 1.3 km. Golf course (9 hole) 3 km, tennis 2.5 km, minigolf 1.4 km, sports centre 1.3 km, gondola lift 1.8 km, ski rental 1.1 km, ski bus stop 100 m, children's ski school 2.5 km, ice rink 1.3 km, children's playground 1.3 km. Mid summer stay at Chalet Tuftstein

Chalet was as described. Fantastic views and location. Checkin process having to travel to the Interhome office when arriving by train with luggage is very challenging.

I can’t say enough about this chalet! It was perfectly situated with the most amazing views, an easy walk to town, clean, comfortable, and we’ll stocked. The nespresso machine was my favorite every morning. Interhome was wonderful to communicate with and extremely helpful.

View Like A Painting

Grindelwald was the last stop of our hiking adventure. While the town was a bit busy and crowded this Chalet is located far enough away for peace and quiet but close enough to walk into town. The view was absolutely breathtaking. It was so relaxing to sit out on the deck and have coffee or wine. Easy access to gondolas for hiking. Comfy beds and linens and great water pressure in the showers:) Kitchen is adequate for cooking. I highly recommend this Chalet!

The property was immaculately clean. The view was spectacular and exceeded expectations. The kitchen was well stocked. A few things to note. There is access to a washing machine and dryer but it is shared access with the whole housing complex and we often had to wait or move someone's laundry. It would be nice if there were simple instructions for appliances, including the washer and dryer. Each guest was provided one towel and one hand towel. It would have been nice to have a few extras or at least some wash cloths. The down comforters and pillows were dreamy but the sheets on the bed were scratchy. These were very minor and our overall stay was lovely and we were so pleased with our accommodations. We highly recommend this property.

Liebe Astrid, vielen Dank für Ihre Rückmeldung. Es tut uns leid, dass Sie aufgrund einiger kleiner Probleme einen weniger angenehmen Aufenthalt hatten. Die zuständigen Teams haben die Mängel sofort behoben. Der Geschirrspüler funktioniert nun einwandfrei, und ein neues Raclette-Gerät wurde in der Wohnung bereitgestellt. Die lokalen Kollegen haben weiterhin die benachbarten Parteien darum gebeten, nicht in unmittelbarer Nähe der Wohnung zu rauchen. Wir hoffen, dass diese Maßnahmen dazu beitragen werden, Ihren nächsten Aufenthalt bei uns angenehmer zu gestalten. Mit freundlichen Grüßen, Ihr Interhome Team

Wir waren mit der Wohnung sehr zufrieden: - Die Wohnung ist gross - Die Küchenausstattung ist perfekt - Das Cheminée ist genial - Die Betten sind sehr bequem - Der ÖV-Anschluss ist sehr nahe am Chalet - Die Entsorgungsstation gleich um die Ecke Wir kommen wieder!

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohlgefühlt. Die einrichtung ist hochwertig. Mit fünf Erwachsenen findet man reichlich Platz. Die Aussicht ist hervorragend, die Lage relativ zentral; mit dem Ortsbus kann man alle Ziele leicht erreichen.

Excellent location, fantastic view

This chalet is really well located, being only a 6/7 minute walk downhill to Grindelwald Terminal. We really liked the chalet - it is spacious, well kept and spotlessly clean. Interhome were really helpful during the booking process and the stay. The only slight downside was that the residents on the floor below had their radio playing and you could easily hear it on the balcony.

Chalet Tuffstein was a lovely place to use as a base for enjoying the views and hiking of Grindelwald. The Chalet was clean and well-stocked. It had everything we needed for cooking. We had two couples in it and it gave each couple a bit of privacy as the bedrooms are spread apart. We struggled a little using the laundry as we could not find the required electrical key/plug. Would happily use it again. Interhome was also very accomodating in rescheduling over two years due to Covid.

The chalet is very nice and clean as new. The balcony has a stunning view. Everything is available in the chalet and more than what is required There is a stream at the chalet that you can see from the balcony and hear the murmur of water while you are enjoying drinking a cup of coffee

If you’re thinking of staying in the Grindelwald area, don’t even give this wonderful chalet a second thought. It’s very nice, super clean and the view from the balcony can’t be beat. Just press “book” already! 👍🏼

Tolle Wohnung, guter Busanschluss

Ruhige Dach-Wohnung mit grosszügiger Stube und Esszimmer, toller Balkon und grosses Elternbad, viele Treppen. Vollständige Ausstattung inkl. Nespresso-Maschine. Die beiden Kinder-Zimmer liegen "weit" weg vom Elternzimmer (schlecht geeignet mit kleinen Kindern). Das kleine Zimmer ist sehr eng und ohne Schrank/Tisch, Bett 1,90 m lang. Skiraum klein und schmudelig, ganz im UG. Ortsbus nur wenige Meter entfernt. Enger, aber überdachter Parkplatz.

Super Wohnung mit super Aussicht

Ganz tolle Wohnung, welche praktisch alles hat. Perfekte Aussicht, genügend Platz, alles an Geschirr (ausser Chinoise-Pfanne/-Gabeln), sauber, hell. Einzig der Fernseher ist etwas klein, aber es hat gereicht. Das Dorf ist in 10-15 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Bequeme Betten, nicht zu hart oder weich. Da viele Trappen für Menschen mit Gehbehinderung nicht zu empfehlen.

Top appart et vue magnifique

Nous recommandons cet appart. Tout y est pour passer un beau séjour à la montagne. Superbe vue depuis le salon et la terrasse, feu ouvert, grande baignoire. L’équipement est vraiment complet (y compris appareils raclette et fondue). La taille de l’appart est parfaite pour 4 adultes et un enfant et les 2 salles d’eau permettent un minimum d’indépendance. Nous reviendrons.
