It was the perfect place for our family to stay. It is close to everything yet isolated from busy roads and noise. It is very spacious and clean, with all the amenities and everything you need. They responded quickly to our request and checked in to see if we had any questions or needed anything.

The home was nicely suited for 5 people and 4 guests who came during the day. Even though the weather was cold, we enjoyed the covered deck and firepit. This would be a fantastic place to stay in the summer!The hosts had left a variety of snacks and the makings for roasted marshmallows. Nice touch!We wished the towels had been updated as they were worn and Ithin. We had a problem with the kitchen outlets which was quickly resolved by the host. It might be helpful to leave instructions so that others don’t need to contact them to resolve the issue.We would stay here again.

Nice, clean home. We love the special touches, like S’mores to enjoy. The owner was very communicative and helpful, which I also appreciated. The neighbors surrounding leave their dogs out all day and into the night and there was constant dog barking. Absolutely no fault of the owner.

Greetings! As Arizona natives, my wife and I both hail from the western region of Phoenix. Our affection for the Pinetop area dates back to 2008, sparking a dream to one day own a home here. In 2020, that dream became a reality, and we're thrilled to extend the same joy to our guests. Winter months find us indulging in skiing, snowboarding, and sledding, followed by cozy family board game nights or a marshmallow-roasting fire. As temperatures rise in the summer, we seek refuge from the heat by taking our jon boat out on the lakes. My wife especially enjoys paddle boarding, and when we're not on the water, we're likely enjoying activities like disc golf, pickleball, or making memories at Sunrise with our kids. Join us in experiencing the magic of Pinetop firsthand!
