The approx. 75 m² apartment is located on the first floor of a 12th-century manor house.
In addition to the rent, there is a final cleaning fee of €60.
Bed linen can be ordered for €20 per person.
The accommodation features a wood-burning stove and a portable gas heater, but there is no central heating. The spacious and tastefully furnished apartment includes a living/dining room, a kitchen, a bedroom, a living/bedroom, a shower bathroom, and a terrace offering an idyllic view of the olive groves and the village. It is an ideal retreat for individual travelers, suitable for 2 to 3 people.
The 12th-century manor house, with its characteristic vaulted ceilings and natural stone floors in all rooms, is situated in the village of Lecchiore. It enjoys a very quiet location with no car traffic. From the parking area on the Piazza, it is just a short walk of a few meters to the house. Parking on the property itself is not possible. The beaches, harbors, and the old town of Porto Maurizio are about 10 km away from Lecchiore.
Lecchiore is a small medieval mountain village nestled among olive groves above Dolcedo. It is known for the "Laghetti Acqua Santa" (natural water pools), where you can enjoy a refreshing swim in the warm summer sun. On cooler days, there are beautiful hiking opportunities along the old "Mulatieri" trails. The surrounding area offers pizzerias, excellent seafood restaurants along the coast, and traditional Ligurian multi-course menus in the mountain villages. There are also opportunities for trips to the wonderful and famous beaches of the Ligurian Riviera, as well as to mountain villages with local festivals, regional cuisine, and dancing.
For day trips, you can explore whale watching in Imperia and Porto Maurizio (14 km away), the weekly market in Imperia Oneglia (Wednesdays and Saturdays) with its harbor and seafood restaurants (16 km away), the San Remo Casino (20 km away), the beautiful old town, beaches, and shopping in Alassio (40 km away), the mountain villages of Apricale, Triora, and Dolceaqua (approximately 50 km away), the Hanbury Gardens in Ventimiglia (55 km away), Genoa with its aquarium (100 km away), and Monte Carlo, Nice, and the Côte d'Azur (75 km away).
