Mansion from the 12th century for 2/3 P., in mountain village, 10 km to the sea

The approx. 75 m² apartment is located on the first floor of a 12th-century manor house.
In addition to the rent, there is a final cleaning fee of €60.
Bed linen can be ordered for €20 per person.
The accommodation features a wood-burning stove and a portable gas heater, but there is no central heating. The spacious and tastefully furnished apartment includes a living/dining room, a kitchen, a bedroom, a living/bedroom, a shower bathroom, and a terrace offering an idyllic view of the olive groves and the village. It is an ideal retreat for individual travelers, suitable for 2 to 3 people.

The 12th-century manor house, with its characteristic vaulted ceilings and natural stone floors in all rooms, is situated in the village of Lecchiore. It enjoys a very quiet location with no car traffic. From the parking area on the Piazza, it is just a short walk of a few meters to the house. Parking on the property itself is not possible. The beaches, harbors, and the old town of Porto Maurizio are about 10 km away from Lecchiore.

Lecchiore is a small medieval mountain village nestled among olive groves above Dolcedo. It is known for the "Laghetti Acqua Santa" (natural water pools), where you can enjoy a refreshing swim in the warm summer sun. On cooler days, there are beautiful hiking opportunities along the old "Mulatieri" trails. The surrounding area offers pizzerias, excellent seafood restaurants along the coast, and traditional Ligurian multi-course menus in the mountain villages. There are also opportunities for trips to the wonderful and famous beaches of the Ligurian Riviera, as well as to mountain villages with local festivals, regional cuisine, and dancing.

For day trips, you can explore whale watching in Imperia and Porto Maurizio (14 km away), the weekly market in Imperia Oneglia (Wednesdays and Saturdays) with its harbor and seafood restaurants (16 km away), the San Remo Casino (20 km away), the beautiful old town, beaches, and shopping in Alassio (40 km away), the mountain villages of Apricale, Triora, and Dolceaqua (approximately 50 km away), the Hanbury Gardens in Ventimiglia (55 km away), Genoa with its aquarium (100 km away), and Monte Carlo, Nice, and the Côte d'Azur (75 km away).

The French Côte d'Azur, with Nice as the nearest airport, is reachable in one and a half hours by car.

Beautiful apartment in charming village

We enjoyed our week in Erika's apartment very much. The apartment has a very authentic rustic feel with lots of beautiful antiques. It was very nice to relax on the terrace, which had a lovely view of the village and the valley with olive trees all around. Beautiful place!

Sehr freundliche Gastgeberin und die Wohnung hat einen ganz besonderen Charme. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und die Betten sind bequem. Im Winter muss man sich etwas dicker anziehen da die Wohnung schnell auskühlt.Wir hatten eine schöne und ruhige Zeit und würden die Ferienwohnung jederzeit wieder buchen, wenn wir in die Ecke kommen.

Stilechte Einrichtung, sehr passend zum Haus aus dem 12.Jahrh. , entgegen moderner Trends und Komfort. Große Terrasse mit Rundblick auf den mittelalterlichen Ortskern des wunderschön gelegenen Bergdorfes Lecchiore. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war hervorragend. Es war unser 2. Aufenthalt in dieser FeWo und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Fantastisch

Wer Ruhe sucht, froh ist mal kein Internet zu haben, gerne kocht und die Natur liebt, gerne wandert oder lange Spaziergänge unternimmt und trotzdem die Nähe des Meere schätzt, der ist hier genau richtig.

Unser Aufenthalt in der sehr liebevoll eingerichteten Ferienwohnung war für uns sehr erholsam und wir fühlten uns hier sehr wohl und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Die Tipps von Erika, unserer Vermieterin waren sehr hilfreich und wir waren begeistert von den tollen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten, die wir hier hatten: die nahen Laghetti als wunderbare Abfrischung, das Meer, die vielen kulturellen Angebote und Möglichkeiten, der Sonnenaufgang auf der Terasse, und vieles mehr - einfach: wunderbar! Mooie locatie vlakbij de kust. Klein dorpje in de bergen, waar het rustig is. Huisje voelt authentiek aan. Daarmee bedoelen we dat het er uitziet en voelt zoals in de advertentie. Niet modern, maar alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Groot huis ook. Veel ruimte. Het is een hele verdieping in een appartementengebouw. Met een balkon waar je ‘s ochtends heerlijk in de zon kan ontbijten.

Lecchiore ist ein verträumter, ruhiger Ort.

Eine spezielle Wohnung, ausgestattet mit vielen Broccante-Nippes. Toilette auf der Terrasse und Dusche/Lavabo sind gewöhnungsbedürftig.

Es gibt eine zweites gut ausgestattetes Dusch-Bad mit WC und Waschmaschiene im Erdgeschoss. Der Stil der Wohnung ist gut auf den Abbildungen erkennbar und wurde in Ihrer persönlichen mail an mich wie folgt beschrieben: "Ihre Wohnung ist von der Einrichtung her absolut einmalig und hat uns gut gefallen. Wir haben kurze Ausflüge gemacht - zu den kleinen Gumpen, nach Dolcedo, ans Meer - alles zu Fuss oder mit dem Fahrrad; es sind schöne Erlebnisse gewesen."

Ein gelungener Urlaub in einer sehr liebvoll eingerichteten Wohnung

Alles sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, Man darf während des Aufenthaltes ein bisschen in eine anderen Zeit schnuppern. Es hat mir viel Spaß gemacht in der gemütlichen schlichten Küche ( ohne elektrischen Geräte , sondern nur mit einem Gasherd zu kochen)

Stemningsfuld lejlighed med dejlig terrasse

Vi havde lidt problemer med at finde nøglen og indgangen ved ankomst. Lejligheden var ren og stemningsfuldt indrettet. Vi havde sol på terrassen hver dag til ca kl 14 og en smuk udsigt over den gamle by, bjerge og olivenlunde. Nærmeste indkøbsmulighed og restauranter er i Dolcedo, som ligger ca 12 minutters kørsel længere nede og foregår på meget smalle og snoede veje. Vi nød vores ophold, læste bøger, vandrede i bjergene og tog på ture til Imperia, Finale Ligure og Portofino mm.

Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit. Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und es gibt alles was man braucht. Auch der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr nett. Ein kleines Manko war die Parksituation für das Aus- und Einladen. Mit viel Gepäck ist es schon recht mühsam und einfach schade das man den Parkplatz am Haus noch nicht mals dafür kurz nutzen darf. Aber wir kommen gerne wieder, mit weniger Gepäck.

Schöne Wohnung, tolle Umgebung

Man wohnt in einem alten (kühlen) Natursteinhaus mitten im Dorf mit herrlichen An- und Aussichten. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und vermittelt ein Gefühl von Authentizität. Von dort kann man direkt schöne Wanderungen beginnen, zu anderen Dörfern oder einfach durch die Olivenbäume und Eichenwälder. Maultierpfade führen durch romantische Gegenden, erfordern aber gutes Schuhwerk. Die Gumpen (Laghetti) in ca. 15 Fuß-Minuten Entfernung laden zum "Chillen" ein. Dolcedo, in 30-40 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, bietet neben dem beeindruckenden historischen Ortskern Gelato, Alimentari und Pizzeria. Für Aktiv-Urlauber, für die es auf das Wesentliche ankommt, eine klare Empfehlung!

Mittelalterliches Ferienhaus in Lecchiore

Ein wunderschön gelegenes Haus in einem romantischen Bergort nahe der Riviera Ligure. Sehr liebevoll restaurierte und stilecht eingerichtete Wohnung. Einfach wunderbar zum Entschleunigen, Wandern, Fahrradfahren und Baden im 10 km nahen Mittelmeer.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft!

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in dieser Traumwohnung, die nicht nur schön eingerichtet, sondern auch gut ausgestattet ist, mit allem was man braucht. Die Vermieterin war so nett, sich die Mühe zu machen, uns eine Liste mit Tipps und Empfehlungen zu guten Restaurants in der Gegend, lohnende Ausflugsziele, Märkte und anderem Insiderwissen, zu erstellen und uns zukommen zu lassen. Davon haben wir in unserem Urlaub sehr profitiert. Vielen Dank nochmal dafür! Wer eine schöne Zeit in dieser Gegend verbringen möchte, sollte sich in diese Unterkunft einmieten:)!

Eine erholsame Woche in Ligurien

Wir haben uns während unserem einwöchigen Aufenthalt in der stilvoll eingerichteten Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Selbst wenn das Wetter nicht mitgespielt hat, konnte man sich gemütlich am Holzofen aufwärmen. Über die schöne Gegend muss man eigentlich nichts mehr sagen: Urige Bergdörfer, umgeben von Olivenhainen und bis zum Meer und städtischer Betriebsamkeit sind es es nur ein paar Minuten mit dem Auto. Die freundliche Vermieterin hat uns bereits im Vorfeld viele nützliche Tipps für einen gelungenen Urlaub gegeben. Wir können die Ferienwohnung nur weiter empfehlen!

Wunderschöne Tage in traumhafter Umgebung

Die Wohnung liegt sehr schön gelegen in einem ruhigen Ort. Die Umgebung ist traumhaft, der Spaziergang in das reizvolle Dolcedo sehr zu empfehlen. Wir waren Mitte April in der Casa Erika und mussten noch anheizen. Es gab aber genug Holz, einen Gasofen und ausreichend warme Bettdecken, so dass wir nie gefroren haben. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmack- und liebevoll, was den besonderen Reiz dieser Wohnung ausmacht. Auf der Terrasse sitzt man herrlich. Das Badezimmer und die Küche sind sehr rustikal, worauf aber auch auf Bildern und in der Beschreibung hingewiesen wird. Wer keinen all zu großen Luxus erwartet, sondern sich über hübsche Details in einem mittelalterlichen Gebäude freut, ist hier richtig. Wir haben die Tage genossen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Die Besitzerin versorgte uns mit einer tollen Auswahl von Tipps zu den Themen Wandern, Restaurants, Kunst und Kultur.

Wunderbare Tage in ligurischen Bergdorf nicht weit vom Meer

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in der gemütlichen, liebevoll eingerichteten Wohnung. Alles ist sehr persönlich und mit viel Atmosphäre gestaltet. Die Lage der Wohnung in dem schönen Dorf ist zauberhaft und das Klima sehr angenehm. Das Meer und die schöne, lebendige Stadt Imperia sind gut zu erreichen. Wer gern wandert kommt im ligurischen Hinterland auch auf seine Kosten. Die perfekten Ferien zwischen Bergen und dem Meer! Wir werden gern wiederkommen.

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub.

Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und bleibt die ganze Zeit (ohne Klimaanlage) kühl. Von der Terrasse hat man einen wunderschönen Ausblick. Etwas ungewöhnlich war die Toilette auf der Terrasse. Vor der Anreise hat uns die sehr hilfsbereite Vermieterin umfangreiche Infos geschickt.
