4-star furnished tourist accommodation<br>LOCATION<br>Ideally located in the typical district of La Chaume with its narrow streets and hollyhocks, halfway between the lively port (7 minutes walk) and the wild coast (the ocean at the end of the street, 4 minutes walk), this holiday home offers all the comforts for a holiday with family or friends. Quiet, with easy parking in front of the house, everything is within walking distance (food shops, market, bars and restaurants on the port), you can also easily access the town centre/embankment of Les Sables d'Olonne thanks to the ferryman who crosses the Vendée Globe channel. On the other side, the wild coast with its forest, marshes and large beaches perfect for cycling, paddleboarding or surfing. You will enjoy the calm of the location, its neat decoration, its many facilities and its heated swimming pool facing south.<br>Also enjoy nearby the Puy du Fou (1 hour by car) and the Ô Gliss park (35 minutes by car).<br><br>ACCOMMODATION<br>Composed of 2 levels, the Maison Hasard was renovated at the end of 2022, it is both atypical and functional allowing a total disconnection in a pretty bohemian and warm decoration.<br><br>LEVEL 1<br>As soon as you enter, you will immediately be in the holiday atmosphere with a long and pretty corridor leading to the 2 master/master bedrooms. Bedroom 1 with a 160x200 bed, a nice clothes rack, a marble fireplace, walk-in shower and sink. Bedroom 2 with a 160x200 bed, clothes rack, chest of drawers, bathtub and sink. <br>In continuity, a functional and very well equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook delicious meals on the way back from the market. Nespresso coffee machine, classic coffee maker, toaster, oven, microwave, refrigerator, ceramic hob, kettle, dishwasher, and a Bluetooth speaker to cook with music. <br>A corridor leads to a cupboard (groceries, cleaning products), separate toilets before arriving at the 20m2 living/dining room. Nicely decorated with a view of the terrace, you will find a dining table with 4 chairs and a large solid wood bench. In the lounge area, a sofa, coffee table, armchair, pouf and bench. At your disposal, you will have a connected TV with wifi, a portable Bluetooth speaker, a wood stove and reading (guide, books and various magazines). <br>In the extension of the living room, you will have access to the terrace on stilts overlooking the pool area. Exposed to the sun all day, with its bench, 3 armchairs, 2 coffee tables and parasol, it is ideal for having your coffee in the morning in the company of the song of the seagulls!<br>GROUND FLOOR<br>From this terrace, you will access the relaxation area by a staircase. You will have a heated swimming pool of 10m2 (3.7m x 2.7m). Facing south, in this magnificent space without vis-à-vis and wooded, you will have integrated benches, 2 armchairs, 3 coffee tables and 2 deckchairs.<br>The swimming pool is secure (alarm) and heated according to the weather from the beginning of May to the end of October.<br>From the kitchen, a blue Majorelle staircase will lead you to the large patio ideal for meals shaded by the sail at lunchtime and intimate in the evening with the garlands of lights in the style of a guinguette. Bedroom 3 with its 140x190 bed, its chest of drawers, its small Italian shower ideal for returning from the beach and its sink.
