Walk in mudroom/laundry room, large finished basement with pool table, bar flat screen tv and room to stretch out. Plenty of parking for large group. Large, furnished wrap around deck. Barn is off limits to renters, however 1 bedroom/bathroom apartment over barn can be rented for additional fee.

Kerry and Tom take great pride in their recently renovated Vermont retreat. Both grew up enjoying the mountains and lakes of the Green Mountain state, and are excited to share their special home. It has been designed to accommodate families, and they hope to attract renters who respect all the efforts they have made towards making their home a beautiful and fun place to gather.
Why they chose this property
There is something magical about our spot. The property is an oasis of beauty, from the frog and turtles that inhabit our ponds, to the beautiful birds that sing in our trees, and that goes without mentioning the gorgeous mountain views. Nothing beats a cup of coffee on the wrap around porch as the sun rises, or soaking in the hot tub while staring at the sunset sky above the mountains. It truly is a special, private retreat.
What makes this property unique
Our house is the perfect spot to reunite with family - especially after being away from loved ones this past year! There is plenty of room to spread out, and the lower level offers a wet bar, pool table, flat screen tv, card table and lots of couch space for relaxing.
