New apartment near Ilmenau in the middle of the city

Apartment in the historic building invites you to relax, in which up to 4 people can leave everyday life behind. All prices include cleaning, bed linen and towels. On the floor there is a beautiful kitchen with 4 dining chairs at the table, from standard dishes to ceramic hobs or convection ovens to kettles or Coffee machine everything is available.

A large sofa with mattress and slatted frame can be converted into a sofa bed, a color TV is available. Inside the apartment you will reach the shower room. Depending on requirements, a washing machine is available on the ground floor for use. The sleeping area is furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe. The living area invites you to relax with a sofa, here you can also watch TV or music from the sofa or from the bed. The living and sleeping area is in one room. Our house is located in the city center on the edge of the restricted traffic zone. Our apartment is just a few steps away from downtown Lüneburg. The Lünehaus is located in the city center in the postcode area 21335 Lüneburg

Es war ein schönes Wochenende in der Stadt. Dicht in die Innenstadt und zu den Restaurants. Süße FW für 4 Personen und genug Platz zum Erzählen. Wir waren begeistert!

Die Lage der Wohnung ist hervorragend!!!! Leider war es ziemlich kalt im Badezimmer. Maximal 17 Grad erreichte das Thermometer. Die Sauberkeit ließ auch zu wünschen über. Wir fanden schon ältere Spinnweben vor. Weiterhin lassen sich die Dachfenster nicht öffnen. Aber ansonsten haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wohnung unterm Dach zu steile treppen nach oben für unser alter. Wohnung nur 1 großes zimmer. Habe daraus gelesen das es 1 Schlafzimmer und ein Wohnschlafzimmer mit Küche gibt. Aber sonst waren wir 4 zufrieden.

Kleine Wohnung in sehr guter Lage

Erst einmal Lüneburg ist eine Reise Wert. Die kleine Wohnung ist in sehr guter Lage, zu Fuß ca. 5-10 Minuten bis Mitten in die Stadt. 2 schöne Doppelbetten in einem großzügigem Schlafraum, kleines Bad, große Küche, die wir aber nicht benutzt haben. Sehr steile Treppe in den 1. Stock. Netter Kontakt zum Vermieter, der auch immer gerne Fragen beantwortet hat. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen !

Tolle zentrale ruhige Lage

Ich kann dieses Objekt allen Empfehlen, welche zentral Lüneburg ein Ort zum Schlafen suchen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in der Umgebung ebenfalls genügend. Der Check In ist sehr einfach gelöst und der Vermieter ebenfalls sehr hilfsbereit. Wir bedanken uns für die saubere Ferienwohnung und kommen bei Gelegenheit gerne wieder vorbei.

Die Wohnung ist einfach perfekt. Super Lage,man ist in 5 Minuten im Stadtkern. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Bäcker sind sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Direkt neben der Wohnung ist ein öffentlicher Parkplatz (4€/Tag) Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber man fühlt sich sofort wie zuhause. Es fehlt an nichts. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Es war gut so

nahe der historischen Altstadt diese Fewo buchen zu können ist Luxus. Aber: steiler Aufstieg im Haus. In diesem kleinen Studio fehlt wirklich nichts und der Vermieter ist höflich und hilfreich. Bei ruhiger Lage und Stadt nah war es ein gelungener Kurz-/Städteurlaub.

Die Wohnung ist für ein Wochenende für 2 Personen geeignet.Sie liegt sehr zentral und trotzdem ruhig zur Innenstadt.Der Empfang und die Abwicklung waren unkompliziert. Die Wohnung ist hell im IKEA - Stil eingerichtet,allerdings sind schon Abnutzungserscheinungen zu erkennen.

Sehr schönes, ansprechendes Appartement, gute Ausstattung, zentral gelegen. Alles, was für einen Aufenthalt in Lüneburg notwendig ist, hält dieses Appartement bereit und einiges mehr, wie z. B. Bügeleisen und-brett, Wäscheständer. Schlüsselübergabe funktionierte, wie vorab besprochen, absolut zuverlässig. Gute Erreichbarkeit des Vermieters. Gerne empfehle ich diese Unterkunft weiter.

Wir (Mutter, Kind 11 Jahre) waren 6 Tage zu Gast in dieser Ferienwohnung, die gemütlich eingerichtet und sehr zentral gelegen ist. Wir wurden vom Vermieter sehr freundlich in Empfang genommen und mit vielen hilfreichen Tipps und Empfehlungen für "eine Woche Lüneburg mit Kind" versorgt. Die Größe der Wohnung war für mich und meinen Sohn völlig ausreichend, allerdings wäre es meines Erachtens mit 3 bzw. 4 Personen recht beengt. Mit einem Kind hätte ich mir gewünscht, dass die Küchenzeile etwas geräumiger gewesen wäre, um mit ausreichender Bewegungsfreiheit Speisen zubereiten zu können. Wahrscheinlich bin ich da aber eher eine Exotin, denn diese Wohnung ist wohl eher für "Paare auf Städtetripp" ausgerichtet, die dann abends die sehr umfangreiche und vielseitige Gastronomie der Stadt aufsuchen - verständlicherweise. Insgesamt ist die FeWo wirklich zu empfehlen - und Lüneburg sowieso! :-)

Sehr zu empfehlen

Eine sehr schöne kleine saubere Wohnung. Ruhig gelegen, trotzdem zentral. Auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen. Allerdings sollte man keine bange vor steilen treppen haben. Aber das war für uns nicht negativ. Lüneburg ist eine Reise wert und warum dann nicht im Lünehaus :)
