Living in the middle of Lüneburg's most beautiful district

The house is located right in the heart of Lüneburg’s beautiful waterfront district. The Stintmarkt and the Alte Kran are a mecca for restaurants and bars and are just a few steps away. The Brausebrücke bridge around the corner leads you straight into the city and offers great photo opportunities. <br>The accommodation itself is in a quiet location, and from the window you can see the original filming locations of the famous telenovela “Rote Rosen”... maybe the cameras are even rolling right now.<br>A five-minute walk takes you to the train station, City Hall, the Sande, or straight to the city’s main shopping districts. <br>This incredibly cosy apartment is located on the upper floor of a half-timbered house dating back to 1610 and offers just about everything your heart desires. You shouldn’t mind climbing stairs, and if you’re taller than 1.80m, you’ll have to duck your head quite often, as some of the door frames and beams are still original! The ceilings themselves, however, are a sufficient height at 2.25m. You enter the foyer, which features an utility room and a staircase. Here you’ll also find a set of patio furniture for sitting outside. Upstairs, you have your own private space all to yourself. A hallway, a private bedroom, a kitchen, a living and dining room (with a sleeper sofa and armchair), and a bathroom with a shower. You can access another room for relaxing—complete with a sleeper sofa—as well as the second separate bedroom via an antique oak staircase that leads up to the attic. In the bedroom under the roof—which is separated by a door—you can easily convert the twin beds into a 1.80 x 2.00 m double bed.<br>If you prefer a self-check-in or plan to arrive after 6:00 PM, please let us know. A free parking spot is reserved for you in front of the house. Please note: The parking space in front of the house can only accommodate vehicles up to 5.5 m in length. Larger buses or RVs must be parked elsewhere! For breakfast, we provide coffee, tea, and milk. <br>Just a few steps away, you’ll find various breakfast options and the Stint, which offers the city’s most beautiful panoramic view, located right on the water. The street is lined with cafés, restaurants, and bars.<br>The best place to buy groceries is at Tschorn in the Sandpassage on Sande—you’ll be delighted by the selection and quality of the products. If you’re in town on a Wednesday or Saturday, the weekly market in front of City Hall is a great place to visit—it doesn’t get any fresher than that.<br>After your sightseeing or shopping tour through the city, you can simply wind down the evening right in front of the house and enjoy our welcome treat or a cigarette. Maybe afterwards you’ll feel like cooking something in the fully equipped kitchen and watching your favourite show on Netflix.<br>The main thing is that you feel right at home with us.
