Excellent beach property
This condo is a charming oasis, with easy access to the active beach. Behind the patio/yard is a shared pool, and a gate to access the beach. There are several restaurants & bars, bakery, liquor store, and grocery stores in walking distance. The beach has water sports, volleyball, and loungers/umbrellas available.
The proximity to the beach was why I booked. The unit is comfortably furnished, clean, and well-maintained. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and has a water kettle, coffee pot, Nespresso, juicer, blender, toaster, and microwave as accessories; plus built-in clothes washer and range.
The bedrooms have individual showers, with a shared WC. Beach and bathroom towels are provided. There is a good amount of closet space. The mattress and pillows are comfortable.
For Americans - if you forget your power adapter, one has been provided in the living room. Also, if there are issues locking a door, lift the handle. It’s a French thing…
The patio with a dining area and loungers was my favorite space to relax with a cup of tea. The yard is separated from others with hedges. It was a perfect space to enjoy Orient Bay Beach. I would happily return to this unit when vacationing in St Martin. The island is so friendly, I know I will return.
