We had a great stay for UF graduation. Close to campus. Clean and comfortable. Easily accommodates guests as listed. We had everything we needed. Wawa is close as well as First Watch for breakfast. We also visited Swamp Head brewery nearby. Check-in was easy and the communication with the rental company was clear and concise providing all the info we needed in advance.

We were in town for my daughterโ€™s graduate school interview at UF, and this place was absolutely perfect for our visit.The host was incredibly friendly and communicative leading up to our stay, and both check-in and check-out were completely seamless. The instructions were clear, specific, and very much appreciated, it made everything stress-free.The accommodations were spotless and comfortable. The couch and beds were very comfy, the location felt safe, private, and quiet, and it was exactly what we needed after a long travel day. The kitchen was well equipped, appliances newer and fully functioning and there were plenty of towels and extra linens available, including cozy blankets which was a nice touch as we stayed during unexpectedly frigid (for Florida!) weather.We truly felt at home during our stay and would absolutely book here again. Highly recommend!

Very, very clean with comfortable beds and I loved the sheets!๐Ÿ‘ Property manager was very accommodating and friendly, she made sure we were satisfied with everything in the unit. Great location and clean!

My daughter and I stayed here for a week during motocross races. The location was awesome - close to shopping and restaurants. 2 exits away from Gatorback Motocross track. Very clean amenities, comfortable beds. Nice to have 2 bathrooms. Worked perfectly for our needs. Super easy check in and out. Thank you!
