Thank you so much for your kind review! We're honored that our home could provide a comfortable place to stay during your time in Gainesville, especially while you were visiting the cancer center. We're so glad the home felt like a home away from home for your group—including your two pups! It was a pleasure hosting you for your extended stay, and we truly appreciate your recommendation. We wish you all the best and would be happy to welcome you back anytime your travels bring you to the area.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're glad to hear you found the neighborhood to be quiet, appreciated the fenced yard for your dog, and found the home reasonably clean. We sincerely apologize that the linens provided at check-in did not meet your expectations. This was an oversight, and once we were made aware, we worked to have additional items delivered as quickly as possible. Since your stay, we have completed a full linen inventory and updated our procedures to help ensure future guests have the appropriate number of towels and household linens upon arrival. We appreciate your comments, as they help us improve, and we're sorry this issue impacted your experience. We wish you the very best in your future travels and thank you for giving us the opportunity to host your stay.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations. As noted in our listing, this is an older home, and while we work hard to keep it clean and comfortable, we understand that some guests prefer more modern accommodations. We take cleanliness very seriously and have shared your comments regarding the floors with our housekeeping team so they can investigate and ensure our standards are being met. Regarding the pet fee, the initial pet fee covers bringing pets to the property. The additional charge was assessed only after our cleaners documented that extra cleaning was required due to pet hair beyond what is considered normal after a stay. We strive to apply these charges fairly and only when additional cleaning is necessary. We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continue improving the experience for future guests.

Thank you for your thoughtful review! We're so glad the home was a good fit for your weekend in Gainesville and that the spacious layout worked well for your group. It's also great to hear you appreciated the pet-friendly accommodations and fenced backyard, even though your pets didn't join you this time. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the exterior lighting and walkway. We've taken your comments seriously and have made improvements to help make arrivals after dark more convenient and welcoming. Thank you as well for mentioning the beds—we're always evaluating our furnishings and appreciate hearing where we can improve. We truly appreciate you choosing to stay with us and hope to welcome you back on your next visit to Gainesville!
