I've been a super host with over 90 five star reviews..
I saw this home and just had to have it!! Its stunning curb appeal doesn't stop at the front door in this charming home. Enter the foyer with finished wood staircase, decorative iron balusters, fireplace in family room and ceiling fans throughout. A huge master suite and a private bedroom just off the front door for the grand parents with no stairs.
The kitchen is fantastic with all new stainless steel refrigerator, microwave & dishwasher. Solid wood cabinetry, solid surface counters complete a great kitchen. The dinning seating is a total of 16 with intimate eating area for 4 in kitchen and 8 in a separate dining room! and another 4 on the screened patio.
The oversized master suite features tongue-and groove cathedral ceilings, his and her walk-in closets, double sinks, garden tub and walk-in shower with a separate toilet. Four additional generous bedrooms as well as all updated bathrooms, central vacuum & complete this wonderful family vacation retreat! Outside the 6 car driveway with room for your 30 ft boat or RV.
The private fenced in rear yard is a true oasis! Theres a screened & covered lanai living area which leads to the heated pool, including a spillover heated spa. Exterior landscape lighting adds to the beauty at night.
Conveniently located near the Seminole City Park with its playgrounds along with the Pinellas Trail access, and Boca Ciega Millennium Park with amazing nature & observatories. Only two Mile to Gulf beaches and public boat ramp.

House was clean - pool area could use some updating. Lots of leaves and debris on top of the screened in lanai. Hot tub was only set to run in two 2 hour intervals, one in the AM & one in the evening. The inside of the house was in good shape, tvs worked, beds and furniture were comfortable. Overall it was good for our needs.

lots of updates now to the pool area. The hot tub is a spill over. It’s automated so if you want it on text me or call usually within a couple of minutes it’s on. everybody agrees I’m very responsive. That’s because my phone is always by my side and I’m right there if you need me unfortunately these people just never asked. It could be on whenever you want it.

This house provided all we needed and more. The communication was fantastic. Due to the cooler weather we were unsure about the pool and hot tub temperature. Stephen was efficient and gave us great advice. Our kids had a blast in the hot tub and pool. We appreciate our stay very much!

The house was as advertised. Everything was very clean accept for the pool which was probably the result of a storm blowing through just before we arrived. As mentioned in other reviews the house could use some painting. And the situation with needing to give a schedule for times you want to use the hot tub could be improved upon by having a timer accessible by the guest.

Stephen was very responsive to anything we asked, everything worked as expected, obviously there have been some updates to the place since the last review.Nice quiet location, plenty of space for all 11 of us, lots of parking space for cars and our RV.Boca Ciega Millennium Park is a 3 minute walk away.We were able to ride our bikes to the beach.

We have great communication with the host. After reading reviews he strives for 5 star reviews so we assumed this place would be perfect.
Holes in the master closet, lighting fixture was taken off and not added back.

3 stars, so upsetting to hear that weren’t completely satisfied as they said I strive for five stars and I repeatedly as soon as they arrive let me know if anything is needed or out of place or broken anything as i read all communications they never mention anything so I’m not sure what to make of this but rest assured when you stay all you have to do is ask it’ll be taken care of

The property is absolutely gorgeous! The house is huge and perfect for a large family or group. Quiet dead end street with minimal traffic. Close to tons of stores/food/groceries. Beaches just 5-10 mins away. Pool and hot tub were perfect. Everything was literally great! Owners were available whenever needed, but barely needed on our end! Definitely would return, and hope to soon!!

For almost 30 years in New York I was a restaurant and nightclub owner, I owned and operated a entertainment agency for venues, private concerts, weddings and more. I also owned music and film recording studios in New York and worked with many famous artists.
Ive always been passionate about showing guests a great time.

But, hands down my favorite passion is being a devoted dad to the beautiful girl in my life! Lily!
I purchased both the st Pete and Jensen beach Homes then turned them both into tropical paradise!
in 2016.
I really love to see people enjoying themselves, so once I saw how much fun hosting is i purchased a 70' yacht to live aboard when my Homes are booked.
I moor the yacht in downtown St. Pete and its also available to book for lodging and cruising.
Im lucky to live in either place depending on which is available. I love entertaining and have many years in the business. I'm passionate about music and as a lead guitarist and vocalist perform in a classic rock band.
I enjoy great conversation, messing around fixing any and everything, yachting, sailing, tennis, diving, fishing and travel. Some of my favorite places are the Greece Islands, Rome, Thailand and the BVIs.
I have 2 adult children and 3 grand children who all live in New York. My princess Lily who is my "mini me" is always ready to help her daddy! Looking forward to meeting you.
