✔ Guests have access to the entire home. The pool, hot tub, and sun deck are shared building amenities and must follow all HOA rules. We cannot be held responsible if maintenance or other issues interfere with the use of these shared spaces.
✔ The hot tub door locks from inside and outside so guests MUST HAVE THE KEY at all times.

✔ This unit is amazing for proximity to the beach with the front door being in BEACH ACCESS 14!!!
✔ Please note that it does not have a balcony, patio, or a private outdoor space.
✔ AC and heating is available.
✔ The space is professionally cleaned after each stay.
✔ Laundry facilities such as a washer and tumble dryer included.
✔ If anyone parks in your spot, we will contact the HOA/Towing but can't guarantee time frames to resolve.
✔ The building has fire sprinklers which may have a light humming/buzzing noise. (Most condos on the island have these)
✔ All beach units on South Padre Island have bugs. Waterbugs/roaches but all units are sprayed regularly by the HOA.
