This is a 3 years young lovely and welcoming home, 1860 square feet open & airy, light-filled inviting vacation haven with 4 bedrooms & 1 Office Room (1 King Bedroom, 3 Queens, and 1 separate room with 2 Twins.) 3 NEW beautifully designed full baths, 2 outside showers, laundry room, 2 zones of ac/heat, AND built in HEATED Salt Water Pool!!! Relax by the pool on the fresh and clean Mahogany Deck. This home showcases Vaulted 22' Ceilings, 9' ceilings on the first floor, and unique oak floors throughout. Enjoy your family at the large dining table and center island. There are TVs in 4 bedrooms... AND a 55" TV in the family room. This special home is only a 5 minute walk to the beach and only minutes to the town! Enjoy the outdoor dining table, wicker furniture, BBQ and 2 outdoor showers. Beach towels, bath towels, sheets/comforters & quilts are all included along with dishes, serveware, glasses, mugs, cups, kitchen utensils, dishes, pots, pans, and board games in the family room! Make memories while you're having fun!

Families and/or Max. of 3 Couples ...over the age of 35 allowed ...please. NO GROUPS ...Rental week starts on Sunday at 4pm or Monday at 2pm and ends on Sunday at 10am

JUNE: $7500 (and last June week is $10,500) plus fees

JULY: $12,000 per week plus fees

AUGUST: Weeks 1-3 $12,000 per week plus fees
AUGUST: ***Weeks 4-5 $9000-12,000 (***depending on Labor Day) per week plus fees

FEES: $300 cleaning, $200 utilities/WiFi, $75 pool cleaning

Lovely place!

This house is beautiful and very convenient! A great place to call home on Fire Island. Christine is a wonderful host and made everything so easy. Highly recommend a stay here.

Fabulous location and home

We loved our home away from home in Ocean Beach. The location was amazing and the house was well supplied with towels for the beach towels for the pool. The house was well furnished and Christine was very helpful and easy to work with! I would definitely stay there again!

Beautiful Fire Island Family Vacation

We loved our stay in Ocean Beach. Having both town and beach within blocks of the house was fantastic. The house itself was a perfect layout of bedrooms, conveniences, and the backyard with the salt water pool and bbq wound up being where we spent most of our time. It was a great relaxing get away. The VRBO owner was a pleasure to deal with.

Great house

We had the best 7 days at this house. The owner communicated awesome. The house was clean and perfect for the 8 of us. Great location being in the middle so easy walk to town and easy walk to beach. We would 100% stay at this house again

Amazing

New and inviting home for a wonderful family vacation. This home has everything. Lots of room, excellent location, and perfectly designed for families and friends. Pool and back deck so relaxing and every bedroom and bathroom wonderfully designed. Communication with owner is excellent and helpful making for the perfect vacation. Bikes, beach chairs and wagon extra helpful for getting around and plenty of pool and beach towels. Thank you for a perfect vacation!

We had a wonderful time at the house! Ocean Beach is beautiful. We loved how walkable everything is. Our one suggestion is that I would not rely on the bicycles available at the house. There are several there but only one was in repair to ride safely.

A great family gathering

We had a great stay with a large group of cousins and family. The house is very well updated and supplied, clean and functional. Mass quantities of towels for the pool! The common areas both inside and outside are great for family. We had a really amazing time despite wildfire smoke that week. We would absolutely do it again.
