Wonderful quiet residential area overlooks pool; beyond, the bay.
A short distance to AMI white sand beaches. We have towels, umbrella, a beach wagon and a cooler for a perfect beach day. Free parking, WIFI & desk space, free local/long distance calling, tennis/pickle ball courts, 2 60" TV's, 1 40" tv, 2 swimming pools, hot tub, AC, kayak/paddleboard launch. Paddleboard, tennis racquets, pickleball racquets for your use. We also have a golf cart for separate rental at $60 day.

My husband and I fall more in love with Anna Maria every day and hope you will too. We split time between Colorado and Anna Maria and want people to enjoy the rare beauty of our home on this incredible island.
Why they chose this property
Our condo is tucked away in a quiet little neighborhood with instant access to the island beaches, amazing dining and music scene. Our home is spacious with many amenities to include a 25' boat slip and if you'd like access to our golf cart for $60 day.

Our area of the island is so quiet compared to other parts of the island where we book reservations in 30 day blocks of time.
