Island Time: Gulf front condo 20 ft to the beach with shared pool

Island Time 104 at Seaside Beach House is a condominium that has long been a favorite to visitors of Holmes Beach and Anna Maria Island. Additionally, it has been completely renovated in May 2018 with new ceilings, floors, bathroom, and kitchen. This affordable loft unit is directly situated on the sugary white sands and emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico which can be viewed from the comfortable patio set on the balcony and overlooks the heated pool. You will be able to relax when you are not enjoying the pool or beaches with all new furniture including a King size bed and queen pull out in the living room. It also offers high speed internet, cable as well as 50" smart TV in the living room and a 50" TV in the bedroom.

Relax by the pool or walk another 20 feet and enjoy the beautiful beaches.

Rent bikes or golf carts at Beach Bums on Pine Avenue to enjoy the plentiful attractions and world class restaurants on the island.

*Please note: 1 car maximum is able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

***OVERCROWDING CONSEQUENCES***
Maximum occupancy of rental homes on Anna Maria Island are set by the Cities and are strictly enforced. An occupant is any person staying overnight, regardless of the number of nights. Due to recent issues of overcrowding in the area, if maximum occupancy is exceeded during your stay, a $1000 (one thousand dollar) overcrowding fee will be charged to the payment method on file and your party will be immediately evicted. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation to keep Anna Maria Island enjoyable for everyone.

Beach Perfect

We enjoyed this beach front rental. We had a few issues that were unforeseen. There was construction being done to the structure and to the pool. The property manager answered concerns promptly and that was appreciated. Great location and we would recommend renting this property.

Island Hopping

Best beach on West Coast of Florida! At my age, stairs are no longer my friend but are a necessity on beach properties. However the stairs at this property were painted a dark blue and should have been lighted 24 hours.

The condo is very clean and conveniently located to shopping and restaurants. I would recommend this condo for a couple or a family with small children. I would have preferred the refrigerator have an ice maker, but there are ice trays.

Beautiful Place

Very nice condo RIGHT on the beach. Love the private walkway to the beach! Just a few steps and you’re on the beach! Bring a power strip if you need more than two outlets in the bedroom to charge devices. Extremely comfy pillow top mattress on bed. Everything is exactly as pictured, except the patio furniture was different. We will stay here again! Love the location in the middle of the island. Holmes Beach is VERY family friendly.

Enjoyed the stay

Beautiful beach decor. Clean and cozy. Only complaints would be lost hot water after one shower wasn’t even a long shower. Also keeping air at 74 during day and 72 at night was uncomfortable with temps in the 90s. Had to use a fan to stay somewhat comfortable and I don’t want to do that on vacation.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. Everything you need is here. The only reason for a four star is the rug in the bedroom. Please replace! Had to put down towels to consider walking on it. Easy fix, because besides that it’s a great place.

cute condo on the beach

This was a clean well accommodated condo right on the beach. It was a convenient short walk down stairs to the soft white sand. The condo was cozy and nicely decorated, felt like home. There was a parking spot specifically allocated for the condo which was super convenient. We were centrally located on AMI in the middle of pine street and bridge street action. The chose to primarily stay on the beach right outside our condo, but there were other options to check out. A couple of larger public beaches were a short drive away that I believe had restaurants/bar This was our first time in AMI, we thought the island was charming and a great relaxing getaway
