Welcome to our completely furnished newly renovated 14th Floor Luxury 3 bedroom, 2 bath 2200 square foot penthouse located in La Jolla Del Mar in Rosarito Beach. With a distinct gated complex, memorable location, gorgeous ocean front views, innovative architectural masterpieces all enriched by natural surroundings. Enjoy a large balcony overlooking the Pacific Ocean with all the amenities of a 5 star resort 4 pools over looking the ocean as well as stair ways to our magnificent exclusive beach that can only be enjoyed by our guests. There is a circular bar, a kitchen and Jacuzzi tub to provide a great setting for a special get away or vacation that you've been waiting for.

Location : La Jolla Del Mar in Rosarito beach is just 17 miles drive from San Diego. Our Condo is 5 minutes out side of town.
Highlights : Use our place as your base and explore the Coastal Lines of Mexico. We are located on the beach with direct exclusive beach access near Restaurants, night clubs and shopping centers. The Condo has 24 hours security with parking on complex.

I can’t even begin to describe the experience we had staying at this beautiful condo. It being our first visit to Rosarito, we did not know what to expect and having had the privilege of staying here was truly remarkable. Imagine getting up in the morning in such a beautifully decorated condo and being able to open your doors and be woken up by the morning breeze of the beach is unforgettable. The ability to walk outside to your balcony and have direct access to the pool, spa and beach is great and convenient. They have 24-hr. security so your car is well taken care of at all times. All my guests and I truly had a wonderful time staying here and will definitely continue to try and stay here in future visits. I hope that you give yourselves the opportunity to experience the unforgettable times that this condo has to offer.

The house was amazing!!!

The house was amazing and ita so close to town like 3-5 min drive and ia a very safe area with private beach and everyone there is so nice. We had a BBQ, Bonfire on the beach. I am definitely coming back.

Amazing Place

If your looking for a a quick getaway, this is the place to go. The place is beautiful and the balcony outside overlooks the Ocean. The sights and sounds of the waves are incredible! Nothing is to far away as Rosarito Beach bars clubs ands restaurants are just a 3 min can away and Puerto Nuevo Lobster just 10 min away! Great place, great value!

Best location near Rosarito! Great for families!

Very spacious 3 bedroom unit that comfortably slept our family of 6 (kids ages 16,14, 12, 9). 1/2 mile long beach is the best spot in the area - great, sandy beach - perfect for boogie boarding and swimming. Close enough to town to get needed groceries or step outside complex for fabulous mexican food at Ajenjo Cocina de Inpriacion/Latitud 54 59 taco bar.

Amazing View

We had a great weekend celebrating a 30th birthday at Shawn's condo. The complex is very safe, there are many pools and hot tubs to choose from, and the private beach was perfect. The condo itself fit 8 people comfortably and the view from the patio couldn't be beat.

Clean and organized , very home like feeling .

Overall I have nothing negative to say about the establishment , private cut off of the beach was very nice . Nice ocean view from the room. Only downside is the only permitting one car parking . But nothing to ruin the visit over . Very pleased with my stay.

Amazing Penthouse!

We had an amazing time in this beautiful penthouse! The views were remarkable and the master bedroom was luxurious. We fully took advantage of the fully loaded kitchen and loved cooking and spending time with your friends and family on the balcony. We are already planning our next visit.

Perfect Location!

This place is even more beautiful in person! It's in a great location, just south of Rosarito. I stayed there for a weekend of golfing at Baja Mar, which was about 25 mins or so south on the toll road. You also have Puerto Nuevo nearby as well. The condo really is luxurious. The whole property feels new and spotless. The master bedroom is very large and it was so nice to sleep to the crashing waves every night.

Second time was better than the first!

This is my second stay in Shawn’s Oceanfront Penthouse!! Location is perfect! Close enough to Rosarito for great restaurants and bars, yet just far enough away to be quiet. The views from the luxury penthouse are AMAZING! The unit itself is in great shape and comes with a laundry room. Easy access to sandy beaches and pools. Shawn is a great host and responded quickly to my messages. I also recommend a trip 8 miles south and visit Puerto Nuevo. Lobster, rice, beans and fresh tortillas!!

Beautiful and safe oceanfront Penthouse!

This property is perfect for a quick getaway. The ocean front view was amazing!!! Priceless view! Shawn the owner, made it very easy to find location and was very responsive and thorough to any questions we had regarding the home away rental process. This gated property was walking distance to private beach, had several pool and spa access and was close to everything. The bedrooms were very roomy, clean and comfortable and the long balcony with ocean view was worth every dime! I would recommend this property to my friends and family and hope to return to Rosarito again! Thank you Shawn and Homeaway for such a memorable stay in Rosarito!

Incredible View

Spent the weekend with some friends at the luxury penthouse and was totally blown away with how beautiful the views were. This place is really close to town and easy to grab a cab from. We just had the security guard call us a cab whenever we needed to leave the unit. Also close enough to puerto Nuevo. The pools and beach are also amazing. Spent an entire day enjoying both very much. Shawn was great with information and was able to answer any questions I had. Will definitely book this unit again in the future.

Luxurious Penthouse

Very luxurious breath taking condo, awesome for a perfect get away or any special occasion. This home is very clean, cozy and well maintained. It is a safe and secured complex which makes me feel much better. You are allowed one parking space inside the complex. This condo is literally less than 5 min. away from the strip; you can leave your car at the complex and just get a taxi. Overall we had a wonderful time and enjoyed our stay. Thank you for your hospitality! I will be looking forward to future stays at La Joya Del Mar.

Nice condo in nice location

This condo was an overall nice place to stay. The property has several pools and jacuzzis. (I wasn’t happy that a guard chased my 9-year-old out of the lap pool on Saturday but then let younger kids swim in it the following day, but so be it.) The building is right on a sandy beach with incredible views. My only complaint about the interior of the unit is that the carpets desperately need to be cleaned. Other than that, the unit was great. Overall, we had a great time there.

Amazing!!

We planned a weekend getaway with our 5 boys after our wedding day. The condo was perfect for a total of 8 of us. It was exactly as it was described and more. We arrived extremely late on Friday and had absolutely no problems checking in. Shawn made it extremely easy to plan an amazing familymoon. We loved the cleanliness of the condo and the property in general. We were very impressed with the security as well. This place made our family getaway an amazing and unforgatble one. great place and location - bring your own beach chairs and water

This place was a great location and lovely condo. It was very clean, and the pools were abundant and fun. The beach was right below the pools. The only problems were: not enough paper goods, ie toilet paper, paper towels, no bottled drinking water ( we had to go out and find some as soon as we got there). About 1/2 of the light bulbs were burned out, but as soon as we contacted the owner he had maintenance come and fix them. There were plenty of towels for bathing and the pools. It would be nice to have some fold up beach chairs available to take down to the beach. Be sure to bring your own if you want to lay out on the beach. Overall a great place, however.
