About this property

Beach House at Castillos Del Mar Luxury Ocean Front Community

I am listing my beautiful beach house with its semi private beach available on the property. Any guest of my home has full access to the semi private beach which is only shared with other residents of the beach front community. A private community walk way will take you down to the beach only steps away from the beach house. Guests are more than welcome to use the beach front bar, restaurant and pool. The bar, restaurant and pool is provided by a boutique hotel resort nearby the beach house.

Enjoy spectacular beaches and ocean views during your stay. My home is located in the private residential community of Castillos Del Mar. My home is a short 3 minute drive to Papas & Beer and downtown Rosarito. In walking distance my home is about a 15 minute walk to Papas & Beer or downtown Rosarito.

The sea side town of Ensenada is a 45 minute drive. Valley of the Guadalupe “Valle de Guadalupe”, the Napa Valley of Mexico is a mere 45 minute drive from the beach house as well. A tour of the wineries and the culinary restaurants in the valley can be arranged on request. A private chauffer can be arranged for large or small groups anywhere you want to go on demand.

Discounts are provided for longer durations of stay, please consult the rates listed on the calendar or communicate with me. I will be available by phone or text with any questions you may have during your stay. In addition to my support the customer service at the hotel will be available for any questions or requirements you may have.

Taxis/Uber Drivers are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Baja Fest!

Awesome location and had so much fun out in Rosarito. This house is so conveniently located and in a nice location. I booked it to attend Baja fest and be comfortable staying nearby. This place was awesome.

Stunning place, great location

We loved this place! The house is beautiful and had everything we needed. We loved watching the sunset on the roof and enjoying the semi private beach. The area felt super safe and secure being in the gated community.

This beach house was great. We are a family of 5 with 3 children. The view from the roof top was great for sunsets. The beach access was great it is only for residents of the area so it felt like our private beach. The neighbor hood was very secure it has private security with a guard shack before coming in to the neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again.

Such a cute cozy home. Neighborhood is so clean, quiet, and you felt safe. I have 3 boys age 6, 3, and 7 months and am always nervous about finding a kid friendly home, well, this one is. The patio area is so perfect for kids to be running around while you are cooking or doing chores since it is open to each area of the home. I will definitely be returning for summer break. Mr. Corona is also very attentive and quick to respond to any question you may have. Definitely recommend you stay here whether on a family vacation or romantic getaway, perfect for both.

I loved our stay at Beach House in Castillos Del Mar. It was the best stay for my family. Specially for my two year old, he had a blast in the patio :). The host gave a call right after we got there to make sure we could reach out to him if we needed anything. I really enjoyed the super short walk to the private beach, again, no huge waves, therefore I felt the kids were safe playing near the beach. The on-site bar and restaurant were very attentive. Again, I would totally recommend this Beach House, felt safe and relaxed my entire stay. The house was super clean, great view and community and did I mention it was like 10 minutes from Puerto Nuevo where we enjoyed the most delicious lobsters accompanied by bandas playing and mariachi. I'm telling you..... I can't wait to go back to Rosarito!!!
