Très agréable location

Annonce conforme avec les photos y compris le coin nuit pour les enfants...vraiment très bas Bonne communication avec l'hôte agence également très réactive et personnel hyper sympa. Location très bien équipée avec du matériel de qualité à rajouter à l'avenir une planche et fer à repasser. Jardin pratique pour enfants et toutou. La disponibilité du garage a été un vrai plus..vélos en sécurité,martériel de plage et abri pour notre chienne shanelle. Le passage régulier du jardinier(Tonte) sera plus agréable. Logement situé à 100m des commerces:boulangerie,marché quotidien en saison,poste,banque...A deux pas aussi d'un agréable parc avec pistes cyclables pour rejoindre la mer en securité.10mn Stationnement facile devant le logement et endroit calme. Futurs vacanciers vous pouvez y passer vos vacances en toute sécurité.. Pour nous très bon séjour

Je vous propose à la location cette maison, qui était la maison de ma grand mère, que j’ai racheter afin de ne pas la perdre et de ne pas la vendre à des inconnus. Mon ambition est d’y voir mes enfants y passer des vacances comme j’y ai pu en passer :)
Cette maison a une histoire et est sentimentale. Pour faire perdurer la maison de ma grand mère, elle doit vivre tout au long de l’année :)

Why they chose this property

La maison est située en plein centre ville de Vaux sur mer. Le marché y est présent tous les jours en juillet / août.
Elle est donc à 2min à pied du grand parc de Vaux, parfais pour des balades, pour emmener les enfants aux jeux, ou pour prendre un chemin sécurisé et aller à la plage de Nauzan (5min à vélo).

What makes this property unique

La maison est unique car elle possède un grand jardin en plein centre ville, ce qui devient très rare dans le quartier avec les multiples constructions neuves !
De plus, vos compagnons à 4 pattes sont les bienvenus (ce qui malheureusement ça aussi est de plus en plus rare …).
