The Great Escape - Penthouse 4 has its own private patio pool, with breathtaking panoramic views of the coastline, located in the exclusive Bay View Grand Marina complex, across from the Robert Von Haage golf course.  It is within walking distance to Ixtapa, less than 15 minutes by taxi to the fishing village of Zihuatanejo, and 25 minutes from the Airport.

Our 2500 sq/ft Penthouse offers unobstructed views of the ocean and your own private pool on your patio deck.  Enjoy captivating views of the beaches and mountains, while sipping a cool drink on your private, secluded patio.

The Master Bedroom has a King sized bed, with its own ensuite with double sinks, large shower and sliding doors that open onto the patio.  It offers breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean, the Bay and the mountains, allowing you to enjoy incredible sunrises and sunsets.

The Second Bedroom offers a Queen size bed with full private bathroom, and beautiful westward views of the ocean.

An additional Third Bedroom faces eastward, towards the golf course, and offers sleeping for 4 with one double bed, two twin beds, and a private bathroom/shower, that also acts as the main bathroom for the Condo.

Suite doors open to the 250 sq/ft. private patio that offers an infinity swimming pool which is 4 ft deep.  The patio has amazing views, with dining furniture to transform your meals into an outdoor oasis.

Our open concept kitchen, dining and entertainment areas are fantastic for hosting meals and entertaining guests.  The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, microwave, large fridge (with some items pre-stocked for you), a drip ground coffee maker and comes fully equipped with all the cooking and dining equipment you'll need.  There is an ample supply of purified bottled water on hand for drinking and cooking with.  There are grocery stores and food markets located just minutes away that make cooking at home very convenient, or you can make arrangements with us to hire a chef or caterers.

We have an in-suite laundry room with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.  Our condo has been recently upgraded to fast Wifi and is hard wired connections for the Internet, an IPOD docking station, stereo and each room has a newly installed air conditioning system.  All water is purified so you can enjoy an ice cold drink any time of day.

This Penthouse is located on the 18th floor, in a 24 hour secured and monitored building.  There will be a $1000 Peso deposit for your entire group, that is fully refunded after check-out. You will also need to get wrist bands at the Security Gate for Guest Identification to gain access to complex amenities.  They are $350 peso for each wrist band, for each guest, that is not refunded.

After checking in with Security and the Registration Desk, the entire suite, along with the beaches right out front, the common areas 2 pools, hot tub, kids playroom, tennis court and massage facilities are all there for you to enjoy.  A gym is also available, free for 15+ night guests and 150 pesos per day per person for guests staying less than 15 nights. There is also an administrative desk and business centre.  The grounds provide wonderful green lawns, two pools for adults and children, and is located right near the beach.  A small snack bar, which offers drinks, appetizers and lunches, is located by the pools.

This Penthouse is perfect for a romantic vacation or a large family gathering of up to 8 people maximum.

There is a form that needs to be completed once your booking has been made.  This is for the Security Gate, and needs to be completed and returned with photo ID of the Primary Guest, a minimum of 5 days before Check-in, to get your entry QR Code.  This form will be emailed directly to you, needs to be completed and returned to us, asap.

Extended stay discount rates for weekly and monthly stays are available, along with extra cleanings and catering, if requested.

Please note that the gym is now only accessible for free for guests staying for 15 nights or longer. For guests staying shorter than 15 night, it costs $150 pesos per day, per person.
