Excellent place for large or medium size group

Ability to sleep 8 well. Beautiful views. Excellent location for getting around Bavaria. There are many shops and hiking and biking areas. Wonderful owner!!

Very nice apartment, great location

We really enjoyed our stay at this VRBO and would come again. The host (Juvenal) was very responsive to our texts through the VRBO app. The apartment itself was very nice. It was very well maintained, and had modern amenities and furnishings.....except for a microwave(?). I thought that was unusual for such a modern apartment but maybe it's common for European apartments not to have microwaves? Not sure. The beds are all upstairs in the attic area. You gotta watch your head as you walk around upstairs and in the upstairs bathroom, but there is TONS of space up there if you have a large group. It was really nice to have another bathroom downstairs with our group of 4. My only other comment I'd have is it's kind of tough to communicate with Missy (the person who checks you in to the VRBO) if you don't speak German. Use What's App if you can to communicate with her. I highly recommend staying at this VRBO.

Good living space, kitchen, dining and living area.Upstairs space in eves of building which became very warm at times, even when not that hot outside. There are three bunk beds in the main bedroom area with just sliding doors between them and the double bed area. This was fine for us as a family but offered little privacy and no sound barrier between the rooms once the children were asleep in bed. The beds were fine but the double mattress was very soft.The house was generally clean although there was dust under the beds and an old tshirt and a toy down the back of the bunk bed. Unfortunately when we arrived the washing from the previous guest was still drying in the drier in our bedroom n when we needed to sleep however the landlord worked quickly to sort this. The kitchen was very well equipped and the living area was spacious with two lovely balconies. The apartment was in a residential complex with many other apartments. It was fine but there was some road noise from outside and externally it lacked any character.Parking could normally be found without too much trohble on one of the adjacent roads to the apartment. Overally a good stay and moderate value for money.

Centrally located stay in Garmisch

This property was very clean and well outfitted. The #1 reason we booked was for the IN unit washer and dryer. We found out days before that they were not working based off of other reviews. When contacted the owner said the washer was leaking but there was laundry in the basement. That is just not the same when traveling with kids. We had our clothes thrown out of the dryer and washer on two occations. So we would have to sit in the apartment to wait....who wants to do that on vacation? Additionally we had one night were it was late and we had not money for the dryer. We attempted to use the in unit drying and it too was broken (error code was for broke motor). Otherwise you are just a short 5-10 minute walk to the main pedestrian street in Garmish, a 5 minute walk to a wonderful bakery for breakfast and quick drive to the Olympic park and gorge area. Mountain views were A+. A few other upkeep issues include many burnt out lights on the main level which made for dark evenings indoors.

Runde Sache . Unkomplizierter checkin, wertvolle tipps spontan per WhatsApp. Perfekte Lage zwischen Garmisch und Partenkirchen. Genügend platz für drei kids und die Eltern. Und schlussendlich ein stressfreier checkout! Rund um die Zugspitze wird jeder nach seiner eigenen fasson glücklich👍👍

Nette Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung, Gibt auch ein Kimderstuhl, Holz-Kinderbett und ein Kinderreisebett Schlafraum ist halt alles direkt hörbar beieinander, darauf muss man sich einstellen. Guten Kommunikation Wir wurden auch etwas verfrüht spontan rein gelassen. Wohnung liegt nur 5-10 Gehminuten vom Zentrum

Great location

Very clean apartment in perfect walking distance from the historical centre of Garmisch and the more modern area with train station. We used the apartment as a base to complete the Zugspitze summit hike. Its a quiet residential apartment with car parking available on adjacent streets. Check in was easy with Jenny as we called when we were 20 mins away. Although all beds are in one room. We could be well spaced out as a 4. Kitchen and bathroom facilities were great. Would highly recommend.

Sauberes Appartment in ruhiger Lage. Modern trifft es vllt nicht zu 100%, aber das ist nunmal dem allgemeinen Einrichtungsstil in der Gegend da unten geschuldet. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Sehr gute und unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit den beiden Damen der "Verwaltung". Wir waren als Gruppe unterwegs & würden das Appartment beim nächsten mal auch wieder buchen.

Top zufrieden

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Ferienwohnung und hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Die Lage ist gut gelegen, nur 10min ins Zentrum und auch die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind sehr schnell erreichbar. Die Ferienwohnung war sauber, offen, schön eingerichtet und alle notwendigen Dinge waren vorhanden. Auch der Kontakt vor Ort als auch zum Vermieter war stets schnell, einfach und vor allem freundlich. Wir haben hier als Freunde einen super tollen Urlaub erlebt, es gab viele ereignisreiche Wanderungen bei schönem Wetter. Wir sind rundum sehr zufrieden und hätten gerne noch ein paar Tage mehr hier verbracht. Sehr gerne werden wir auch nochmal wieder kommen.☺️

Alt vedrørende lejligheden fungerede optimalt. Havde man ikke bil med, ville det dog have været et problem at komme til pisterne, men det vidste vi på forhånd. Bymidten lå tæt på, hvor man kunne hygge sig med shopping og en kop kaffe

Visit in July

We really enjoyed staying at this property in Garmisch Partenkirchen. It was relatively close to the train station and easy to find restaurants and shopping. It was clean and had plenty of room for our family of four. I highly recommend it!

Holiday in Garmisch

Property was well located and fit our needs. We were disappointed that the washing machine and dryer were not working. There were some available in the building, but that was slightly inconvenient as we had to walk up and down many times to do our laundry.

Typische Ferienwohnung in einem Mehrfamilienhaus. Zu Fuß zwanzig Minuten von der Fußgängerzone entfernt. Wohnung hat keinen eigenen Stellplatz. Hausmeisterservice war pünktlich zur Schlüsselübergabe vor Ort. Waschmaschine und Trockner funktionieren nicht einwandfrei. Alles in allem nichts was es besonders zu beanstanden gibt, aber auch nichts außergewöhnliches.

Hallo Henning, Danke für deine ernüchternde Bewertung. Ich möchte richtig stellen, dass es von der Fußgängerzone bis zur Wohnung 700 Meter sind, das entspricht lt. Google 9 Min. und lt. meinen Angabe 10 Min. Waschmaschine wurde 10.2019 erneuert.

Nice Place

My wife, two children, and I stayed here and had a great time exploring GarmischPK. The property is clean and well equipped and in a great location. It is about a 10-minute walk from the GarmischPK walkplatz and is close to many other attractions in the nearby mountains.
