NEW from December 2019!

Our holiday home was built in 2019 in a completely new building and is generously cut with approx. 180sqm. The cozy and modern furnishings make the house perfect for families or groups of up to 9 people. The open, visible roof structure on the upper floor gives the house a cozy alpine feeling.

Whether shopping in the pedestrian zone in the Garmisch district, strolling in the historic Ludwigstrasse in Partenkirchen or enjoying the tranquility in nature - holidaymakers get their money's worth in Garmisch-Partenkirchen.

The home was beautiful and accommodated our large family well. Great location! It was within walking distance to the train station. There was also a grocery market very close. The host responded quickly. Definitely recommend this home.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus

Wir waren eine Gruppe von zwei Familien mit Kindern im Alter von 7-17 Jahren und hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus!Es ist sehr viel Platz, auch um sich mal aus dem Weg zu gehen. Das Haus war sehr sauber und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, es hat an nichts gefehlt!Super Ausgangslage zur Zugspitzbahn, zur Sprungschanze und zur wunderschönen Ludwigstraße.Hier können wir den Werdenfelser Hof und den Gasthof Fraundorfer absolut empfehlen!Wir haben nie besser gegessen und alles bequem zu Fuß erreichbar.Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und informativ. Das hat uns sehr gefallen!Wir würden wiederkommen und können das Haus für eine große Familie oder zwei Familien absolut empfehlen.

Wir haben ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus bewohnt, hier stimmte einfach alles, die gute Lage, die ruhige Umgebng und das schöne Haus für uns 7 Personen, hier haben sich auch die 3 Kinder wohl gefühlt.

Diese Unterkunft ist komplett Empfehlungswert. Ausstattung und Lage ist sehr gut. Das einzige was nicht optimal ist, im EG / Küche wärem bequemere Stühle etwas besser. Die 2 Sessel sind sehr bequem. Im Wohnzimmer im UG ist aber eine bequeme Couch. Sonst war alles Top :) gerne wieder.

ein tolles gemütliches Ferienhaus

Wir haben das Haus ausgewählt, um als Gruppe von Kolleginnen und Kollegen gemeinsam den Aufstieg auf die Zugspitze zu wagen. Mit 8 Personen hatten wir genug Platz und haben die gemütliche Atmosphäre im Haus sehr genossen. Auch die Ausstattung war großartig. Wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt, dass wir jederzeit wiederkommen würden. Wir können das Haus für einen Urlaub mit Freunden oder größeren Familien wärmstens empfehlen.

Tolles Haus

Es war alles wirklich super. Tolle Lage, Supermarkt nebenan, sehr sauber und vollständig eingerichtet. Negativ war die Kaffeemaschine, die keine Standardfilter verwendet (dann legen Sie doch bitte die passenden dazu) und die extrem schwitzigen Matratzenschoner.
