You will receive a door code and directions to access the house at 9 am of your arrival date.

Dixieland Historic District is a charming neighborhood! Artsy, family-friendly, lots of antique stores, coffee shops, parks, lakes, and beautiful brick paver streets with historic bungalows. We are centrally located, which makes us close to everything!

1. What household supplies are provided? - We get you started with 1 roll of paper towels, at least 2 rolls of toilet paper, dish soap and kitchen trash bags.
2. What Linens are included? - Linens for the beds, bath towels, hand towels and cloth. If you are not accustomed to reusing bath towels you may need to bring a few with you.
3. What does the kitchen includes? - The kitchen is stocked with everything you would expect in a normal kitchen including toaster, pots and pans, wine glasses, cups and a coffee machine.
4. Do you allow pets? - No. Under no circumstances pets are allowed.
5. What time is check in and checkout? - Check in anytime after 4 pm and checkout before 10 am on the day of your departure.
The house sleeps 2 guests. It has one bedroom with a queen bed and a second room for an office/closet/laundry room.
The Kitchen is fully stocked with plates, utensils, and pots/pans for your use. The kitchen features a confection oven, stove top, Keurig coffee machine, and refrigerator.
The unit has 1 full bathroom. Lines, towels, washcloths, hand towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash.
One smart TV in the living room, internet, washer and dryer is also available.

We are a few steps from a very nice park that has an area for jogging, basketball, a large field, and a playground. Around the corner is Walgreens and all the shops at South Florida Ave.
