Lovely 1 bedroom condo. With its own driveway

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. this is one side of a duplex built in 1924 in the historic Dixieland area of Lakeland. We are about 45 minutes from Disney and about 35 minutes from downtown Tampa. This condo is pet friendly and has everything you need to enjoy a short or long stay. A high chair in porta crib along with an air mattress can be provided upon request. There is a bedroom with a queen bed and a pull out queen sofa in living room.

Great duplex apt in Lakeland

We enjoyed the 1 bedroom apartment in Lakeland. It was a short drive to so many places we wanted to visited. Very cozy and we utilized the cushioned furniture on the covered porch every morning and evening.

We never got to stay. The owner notified after checkin hour that the place was not available. We were refunded but it left us hanging.

Perfect little place

Great communication and instructions from the owner. The place is clean and in a great location close to many restaurants. Beautiful and clean bathroom. The place offers sheets, towels, toilet paper, pots, pans, dishes, dish soap, microwave, etc. The freezer has ice trays. The couch is comfy and the ac units (bedroom and living room) were wonderful. There’s a washer and dryer but we didn’t need to use. I love that there’s a driveway dedicated for the place. Cute front porch to sit and relax on. Loved it!
