The property runs along the large wooded and peaceful Peconic land trust.
An outdoor grill is on the property with washer and dryer, full kitchen, large open living space, fireplace, and cedar outdoor shower. WiFi is throughout the property up to the beach. Furniture may vary. 2 week minimum.
