Cefalu is Amazing and this apartment is in the middle of the action

This apartment is quaint and perfect if you want to be in the middle of Cefalu and I mean the middle, located on the best street just feet from the water - restaurants on every side - walkable to everything and Cefalu is a GREAT town, as good as it gets in Sicily and Italy. Just fabulous!!!!

Lovely location. Very kind host. The people at restaurant downstairs helped us so much with the baby. We had a 7mo old baby with us that was teething. Mario held her, and would give us ice for her gums. I would definitely recommend this property.

Lgh mindre än förväntat, men ljus och fin. Duschen den minsta jag nyttjat, tur det finns en bidé åt fötterna. Balkongen i storlek för en person. Vi bodde 6 nätter, inget byte av handdukar på hela tiden. Dåligt med städ/sop -utrustning. Bökigt med soporna (staden hantering). Entren är en smal trapp med 36-steg, inget för barn.

cozy place in centre of old town - comfy and just what we wanted.

got here to meet Giovannio - who was great - showed us around and was on help via text messages while we were here. It was a very clean flat. Had all we needed - even a washing machine! Had a lovely time here - fab location - easy to walk to beach, shops and restaurants! Balcony is small, with not much of a view - but we knew that - you can eat out on it and you can see the sea :) Thank you very much for having us to stay.

A beautiful apartment in a beautiful town!

This is a apartment you almost want to keep a secret. Superb situation in the old town yet quiet. A 5 minute walk to the beach. Well equipped and very clean. Perfect for two. Everything thing in the apartment functioned well: a/c, good size fridge/freezer, washing machine etc. Lots of little extras too; coffee machine, toaster and juicer, kitchen necessities (salt, sugar, etc.) plus the nice thought by the owner of a bottle of mineral water. Comfy bedroom. However, the small balcony with breakfast table and the 2 windows with sea views were quite hard to beat. The owner was prompt and very professional in his dealings with us. The town is quite the jewel too; nice people; striking site; fine architecture and a wonderful beach. I will not hesitate to recommend this apartment to people who would respect its calm and cleanliness.

Zwei romantische, sorgenfreie Wochen in Cefalù

Wir haben zwei wahrhaftig romantische und sorgenfreie Wochen in Cefalù in dieser liebevoll gestalteten Ferienwohnung verbringen dürfen, mit der wir vollauf zufrieden waren. Die Zimmer sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber, sinnvoll eingeteilt und ein kleiner Balkon lädt morgens zum Frühstück ein. Auch am Komfort fehlt einem nichts, einschließlich der Lage, befindet sich doch die Ferienwohnung gerade mal ein paar Schritte vom Porto Vecchio, dem alten kleinen Hafen des historischen Zentrums in dem die Ferienwohnung direkt liegt. Trotz dieser zentralen Lage, ist die Wohnung angenehm ruhig. Die Vermieter sind super nett und zuvorkommend und die Organisation vor Ort verlief auch bestens. Wir können diese schöne Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen.

Perfekt!

Die Wohnung ist in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand und äußerst geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Sie liegt "mittendrin" und doch sehr ruhig - besser geht es nicht. Insbesondere die unmittelbare Nähe zum Strand hat uns gut gefallen. Unseren nächsten Aufenthalt in Cefalu würden wir gerne wieder in dieser Wohnung verbringen!

Superbe appartement !

Un appartement très propre et très moderne à 50 M de la plage . Se trouvant dans le centre de cefalú d'une rue animée ,pleins de restaurant .mais l'appartement donne côté cours avec une vue sur la mer au calme et le balcon permet de déjeuner dehors ...c'est très appréciable ! Nous avons aimé trouver un parasol et des chaises de plage .... On y retournera sans aucun soucis. depuis 7 ans nous louons à cefalú et c'est le plus beau des appartement qu'on a eu .

Ein Kleinod mitten in der Altstadt

Liebe Familie Krüsch, vielen Dank für eine Woche wunderbare Erholung in dieser entzückenden Wohnung inmitten des lebendigen Cefalu. Nach dem "Aufstieg" in den zweiten Stock durch das typisch italienische Treppenhaus betreten wir diese liebevoll eingerichtete und picobello saubere Wohnung, die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Angefangen vom Meerblick, der kleine Frühstücksterrasse, der perfekt eingerichteten und ausgestatteten Küche (Olivenöl, Salz, Pfeffer, Espressomaschine für den Gasherd, und, und , und), über die gemütlichen Betten bis hinzu funktionierendem W-Lan bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Da wir Ende April ein paar Regentage genießen durften (übrigens kein Problem bei alle den netten Restaurants und anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten in und um Cefalu) haben wir auch die Vorzüge der Elektroheizung in Anspruch nehmen können :-) ! Wir haben uns übrigens im "la Brace" am wohlsten gefühlt - sensationelle Gerichte zu fairen Preisen, unbedingt reservieren! Durch die perfekte Lage (direkt in der Altstadt, 100 Meter zum Strand, 200 zum original-italienischen Frühstücksbäcker) gewinnt diese Wohnung ein herrliches Erholungspotenzial, welches wir voll und ganz genossen haben. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit kommen gerne wieder - vielen Dank!

Osterzauber in Cefalu

Sehr schönes Apartment mit freundlichen Ansprechpartnern! Es fehlt an nichts ausser einem Sparschäler. Herrlich ist es nachts nur das Rauschen des Meeres zu hören. Cefalu ist an Ostern in wundervolles Licht getaucht, eine lebendige Stadt, gut besucht aber nicht überlaufen. Wir kommen wieder.

...und wieder sehr schön

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in der Fewo und waren wieder rundum zufrieden. Die inzwischen installierten Infrarot-Heizplatten führen zu deutlich angenehmeren Temperaturen insbesondere in der kühleren Jahreszeit. Cefalu ist immer wieder eine Reise wert !

Traumurlaub im Herzen von Cefalu

Bei sommerlichen Temperaturen Mitte Oktober haben wir herrliche Tage in Cefalu verbracht. Die sehr saubere Wohnung liegt zentral und ruhig. Während des Aufenthalts geht der Bick vom Balkon oder Essplatz aufs Meer. Eine Waschmaschine reduziert auch bei längerem Aufenthalt das Reisegepäck.

Comfortable and 'dolce' stay

Our pre Christmas week in Cefalu began with a warm welcome by Giovanni, who drove us directly to Cefalu and guided us through the tiny streets of the scenic old town. The flat was clean, calm and comfortable with many charming details – a perfect place to rest. With one full-size bed and a comfortable extra bed in upper room the apartment provides suffient space for 3 people - however, I would not recommend it for more than 3 people. Given the outside temperature was chilly in mid December, it was slightly cold in the flat at night (extra blankets are available). Cefalu itself is a colorful and scenic village right next to the sea. Even though we have been there during off-season, Cefalu is a vivid place: loads of shopping opportunities, friendly locals and most restaurants were open, too. Excellent food, thanks for the suggestions! All in all 5 stars – we would love to come back in late Summer.

Spätsommerfeling im Herbst

Aus dem nasskalten Frankfurt nach nur zwei Stunden Flug im spätsommerlichen Sizilien angekommen finden wir uns in Cefalu ein. Die Ferienwohnung nur 100 Meter vom Sandstrand entfernt mitten in der restaurierten Altstadt ist liebevoll eingerichtet, absolut sauber und die Betten sind frisch bezogen. Die Betreuung vor Ort klappt auch reibungslos. Vorab hatten wir von den Vermietern viele nützliche und tolle Tips für Ausflüge, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und natürlich rund um Essen & Trinken erhalten. Von letzteren haben wir besonders rege Gebrauch gemacht 😊 . Übrigens war jeder einzelne davon ein Volltreffer! Unser Fazit: eine wunderschöne Wohnung inmitten dieser traumhaften Altstadt und das auch noch mit Meerblick- was braucht man mehr zum Glück wenn es im November dann auch noch über 20 Grad hat??
