Many restaurants, bars and such 5 minutes drive. You are also approximately 15 minutes to downtown Asheville, and the world famous Biltmore Estate. 20 minutes to the Asheville Airport, and mere minutes from Bent Creek/The Arboretum and French Broad River access. The home is only accessed via state-maintained, paved roads. EASY access to everything in WNC.

The home is situated just outside of Asheville, affording complete privacy for everyone to relax & enjoy the feel of the WNC mountains, yet essentially close to everything "in town", and around town, like our local breweries, fine eateries and more. There are 3 mountain spring-fed streams, and the French Broad River; all hike-able from the house.

Get ready to be “wowed” by this 1,500+ sq. ft. contemporary gem, with 3 private bedrooms, and open common space. With soaring vistas, high ceilings, vaulted spaces, stone/tile and hard wood floors, you will immediately feel at home in your own private mountain escape. (That is of course if you can tear yourself away from all the outdoor activities in close proximity to the home & soaking in the spectacle of the Blue Ridge Mountains, & actually venture inside!) The great room, with plenty of space to unwind, and gourmet kitchen, is where everyone will want to gather to enjoy their time together inside the house. Dogs are most welcome too; so bring your best friends!

Kids love hiking or mountain biking to the the streams, outdoor areas and bonfire pit. The expansive patio is just off the Kitchen/Great Room (with plenty of seating and grill). Everyone enjoys the outdoor areas, you can pull up a chair and take in the "sound of silence", observe the night as it fills with stars, and watch the fire flies come out to play in your backyard. Take a seat and enjoy the sound of nature, the chirping birds and the serenity in your own private paradise at the top of the world.

Early Check In and/or Late Check Out may be possible, depending on cleaning schedules and other reservations. If it is possible, there may be an additional fee that would be determined based on the time that you wish to check in or out and the seasonal rates.

Quiet Policy: Please note that the home/property is located in a very private, quiet and exclusive mountain locale. Parties, loud noise and unruly behavior are absolutely prohibited, and guests are expected to respect the neighbors and the peace this mountain retreat area affords.

Pets: This home and property are very dog friendly, and guests are welcome to bring their "best friends" with them. There is a non-refundable Pet Fee of $130 with a limit of 2 dogs per booking party.

Note: Reservations over 30 days are subject for review prior to acceptance. A separate rental agreement will be required for 90+ day stays.

Last Minute Bookings: Reservations made within 7 days of check-in require additional verification, including selfie/photo of government-issued ID matching the reservation name, and photo of payment method in the primary guest's name. Failure to complete verification may result in cancellation.
