This well appointed home in a quiet neighborhood was perfect for our family's stay. There was plenty of room to spread out and read, watch TV, play games, and relax. The location is excellent--close to the airport and to all that Asheville and the surrounding area have to offer. The hosts were gracious and responded in a timely manner to any questions we had. We had one small issue which was resolved promptly. I highly recommend this property.
Everything was as described. Large areas for all of us to be together (8 of us) and plenty of private spaces when needed. Check in/check out was smooth and host was available when needed.
Amazing property! The house was huge and great for a family with small kids like us. We had a maintenance issue during our stay and the property manager had it resolved within hours, which was incredible. The only thing to improve would be the backyard, which was pretty unkempt. Would definitely stay again!
Our group of five women throughly enjoyed our stay. Everything was as described, the instructions were super clear and easy and the home had everything we could have wanted.
This house was a great home base to see Asheville and surrounding area. The house offered a lot of space for everyone. We appreciated all of the games, pool, and hot tub at the property.
We stayed here for a family weekend trip to Asheville and it was a very convenient distance from downtown. The house had plenty of space for us to relax as well as a nice outdoor area to spend time. I would recommend this house to anyone looking to get away to the mountains and enjoy a weekend close to Asheville!
This was one of the most convenient places to stay. There were 5 of us for most of our stay, with 3 people showing up just before my son's wedding. It had plenty of space for everyone. The pool table and fuseball table were hits for all of us. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The room was plenty big enough for multiple people to prep and cook. The rooms were big and the beds comfortable. The bathrooms were much bigger than anticipated. We loved the porch. It was a perfect place to close out the day. We took trips to see Chimney Rock, every apple farm off of RT46, Biltmore, downtown Asheville, Stone Ashe Vineyards, and lots of parks to walk our pets. Even the streets in the neighborhood gave us a good workout on our walks. It was a very enjoyable time for all of us.
This is a large house in a quiet neighborhood. We had a great time exploring the area as well as relaxing at the house. The house has room for a large group to spread out as well as room to get together for meals. It is clean and well taken care of with all the amenities you will need.
Our group of friends had a fantastic time here, extremely close to Blue ridge pkwy, 15 minute drive to downtown. Tough to get an Uber from the house but was never too big of a deal. Backyard is fantastic as well.
Between the hot tub, the pool table and the many areas to relax and enjoy, we found plenty to keep us busy when we were not out and about. We looked for a place close to the airport while still being convenient to the wedding we attended in Asheville, and this fit both of those categories. Would highly recommend and we will definitely stay again when we are in the area.
This property was just what we needed for our stay in Asheville. Very clean. Very comfortable beds and plenty of space for our group. The downstairs area with the pool table and television was perfect for our adult children who stayed up later than us. The kitchen was very well supplied. Thanks for a great trip!
Great place for a family visit and close to Asheville!
We really enjoyed our long weekend at this property. It was exactly as the listing indicated. Beds were comfortable, kitchen had lots for dishes and cookware. We enjoyed the hot tub as well as playing pool. It is very close to Asheville as well as restaurants & grocery close. We have family in the area so would definitely stay again. Bonus was seeing the 2 mama turkeys and 9 babies in the back yard.
Excellent location, tons of room and plenty of everything for kitchen use., only hiccup was downstairs AC went out but temporary Portable AC was installed

John, thanks so much for being patient with us. The AC unit is now up and running. Glad that the portable unit was able to cool the house for you. Come back and stay again!
Large spacious house with a nice basement game room including pool table. Ample parking and convenient location for grocery shopping. Local property manager Darin was great. Stopped by the first day to insure we got settled in ok. Stopped back out when we contacted him in regards to a smoke detector battery and fixed it. Great service! Unfortunately the hot tub pictured in the listing was in disrepair and not usable. Other than that it was a very enjoyable stay and would recommend this property.
The house was set up just as we needed. Space to congregate and cook, space for the kids to play, quiet spaces for those who needed to sneak away for a little work or peace and quiet. The host was very accommodating and communicative when we had questions. She also allowed my daughter to access the property the day after we checked out to retrieve some swimwear left in the dryer.
The only suggestion we would offer is that the stock of dishware was somewhat limiting as were the bath linens. One hand towel per bathroom, and none for the main floor washroom.
Those minor inconveniences aside, it was a wonderful space for our family to gather and celebrate our mother's life.
Very nice property, and Lois was helpful and easy to work with. Our group was 7 adults, 1 toddler, 1 infant, and 2 tiny dogs. Booked our reservation through VRBO. Purpose was our daughters wedding. We had plenty of room to spread out, and it was great to have the space to put the late nighters in the spacious basement area, while the babies slept peacefully on the second floor. Also, we only had 2-3 adults per full bathroom. That’s important when everyone in the house is needing to get ready for the same function at the same time
.
Well stocked with trash bags and TP, but there was only one box of facial tissue. There is both a keurig single cup coffee maker and a ground coffee maker. We used both. There were a few k-cups there, but we brought our own. Ample coffee filters were provided for the ground coffee maker. Bring your own ground coffee though, which we did.
Apparently this is hornet country, but they provide hornet spray for this problem. We only needed to use it once, but we were very grateful it was provided.
All of the important areas were very clean…bedding, bathrooms, floors…but some areas were rather neglected, like buggy window sills, dusty baseboards and the deck bar top.
Large kitchen with island seating was great, Space in the pantry for actual food instead of appliances would have been nice, though. Also, take plastic cups. Beverage glasses provided were all glass, mostly heavy pint glasses.
