The Space:
Experience luxury living with all the comforts of home at The ALTO. Located on the 4th floor, this two-story condo (has stairs) offers ample space for everyone, making family vacations or special events a breeze.

Here's what you can expect:

Fully equipped modern kitchen for holiday dinners or hosting special events (NO PARTIES PERMITTED).
Private BBQ.
Two large living rooms, each equipped with fireplaces and smart TVs.
Pool table for entertainment.
Master bedroom with a California King bed and large ensuite.
Two additional bedrooms on the main floor: one with a Queen bed and the other with two Queen beds.
Two sofa beds (one in each living room).
Large shared main floor bathroom.
In-suite laundry.
Three private patios to enjoy the views.
Your own private 6-person hot tub.
2 assigned parking stalls are included in the underground heated parkade.
The building does not have storage lockers.
Professional linens and cleaning protocols are in place.
The resort offers a heated indoor swimming pool, a 3-story waterslide, and an indoor/outdoor hot tub, all open from 8 AM to 10 PM. Additionally, a Fitness Centre and The Grade Kitchen & Bar are located onsite for dining options.

Before your stay, we'll provide you with an online guest manual filled with exclusive discounts from nearby businesses and detailed unit information.

Please Note:
The penthouse does have stairs and is not accessible by wheelchair.
Enjoy a decorated Christmas tree during the season.

Guest Access:
Once the rental agreement is completed, you can expect to receive the check-in instructions five days before your scheduled arrival date.

Check-in begins at 4 PM, and check-out is at 10 AM.

Before your arrival, we'll provide a door code, allowing you to check in at your convenience.
Once inside, you'll have full access to this self-contained penthouse and all resort amenities.

The hot tub is maintained according to Health and Safety Standards. We have a company who comes twice a week to check it. We do ask that guests follow the posted signage when using the hot tub.

The Neighborhood:
The Grande Rockies Resort is minutes from downtown and quick access to the highway and Banff National Park. A great mix of shops are within walking distance from the building.

Both Canmore and Banff close their main streets during the summer to foot and biking traffic only.

Getting Around:
Getting around Canmore is easy! Roam Transit offers convenient bus routes for exploring the town, or you can opt for taxis for a more direct ride. Canmore's central location makes it an ideal base for exploring the Rockies, with Calgary about 1 hour away, Banff just 20 minutes, and Lake Louise around 45 minutes by car.

Biking is another fantastic option for exploring the area, and you can find rentals right in Canmore. Check out our guest manual for exclusive discounts on bike rentals. The Grande Rockies is conveniently located near The Legacy Trail, a popular biking path from Canmore to Banff.

Take note of the damage deposit, this will be automatically refunded 7 days after check out.
