Tucked away on a quiet lane just off of circle 3 in the Sunriver resort area with all that it has to offer! This ideal location is close to many of the amenities that Sunriver has to offer, the Sunriver Village (1 Mile), SHARC (1 Mile), Fort Rock Park (1 Miles), Nature Center & Observatory (0.5 Miles), and Golf courses. The 33 miles of bike/walking trails are easily accessible to Cardinal Bridge, the Deschutes River, and thousands of acres of National Forest. These are all within walking distance of the house as the walking/biking path connects directly at the end of the lane. In the winter the house is close to Mt. Bachelor for skiing and snowboarding and in the summer for mountain biking.

You will find that this house is the perfect place to bring people and share memories. Our guests come back year after year to enjoy the house and the area. It really is wonderful in every season. Enjoy the back yard, bar-b-que, relax or sunbathe after biking, hiking, or swimming. Golfers love to play the courses in and around Sunriver. SHARC recreation facility is located at circle 2 and is a bike ride or easy walk away.

Large open concept with views from the kitchen to living room. There are 4 master bedrooms on the main floor with a huge 5th bedroom/bonus room upstairs with a separate bathroom.

Kitchen accommodates for a large group with high end appliances with a rustic cooking feel. Center island with eat in bar that seats 4. Dining room table can seat up to 10 people. Large 4 burner gas stove with center flat top with built in microwave.

5th Bedroom/Bonus room is a great space to hang out with a pool table and sofas to relax and watch TV. The space contains 2 sets of twin size beds and the sofas pulls out to a bed as well.

Living room is the main entertaining space to gather. Open to the dining room and kitchen. Its furnished with 2 large sofas, 2 Chairs (1 reclining) and ottoman. It includes a gas fireplace and flat screen tv to sit down and watch the game or enjoy a good movie with family or friends.

The house is equipped with 2 Graco Pack 'n Play cribs, 1 Keekaroo Peanut Changer, 1 high chair, kids plates, bowls, cups, and sippy cups.

High Speed Internet to accommodate large groups.

Large backyard with grass. Enjoy the large stone patio with patio furniture for outdoor dining and lounging off of the dining room with access from two of the bedrooms. Large natural gas BBQ and large hot tub that can fit up to 8 people.

The house comes with a pool table upstairs, ping pong table in the garage, along with 12 bikes (5 adult men, 5 adult ladies, 2 kids) and a single bob stroller. The house comes with 12 SHARC passes!!

Video surveillance cameras monitor the exterior of our home for security purposes. Footage remains private and may be used for liability reasons and to monitor occupancy and other rules/ policies noted. It in no way infringes upon the expectation of privacy in these public areas, that includes no cameras monitoring the back yard and hot tub area. To disable or obscure the cameras is prohibited and may result in eviction without refund. There are a total of 8 cameras monitoring the exterior of the house include the front door, front yard/ garage areas, both side of the house, and garage back door/garbage area.
