Amazing home in OstseeResort Olpenitz

Then this white beach villa at OstseeResort Olpenitz is just right for you! The panoramic view is simply breathtaking. On a clear day, you can see from the Kiel Fjord across the Danish island of Ærø to the Schlei.



The houses have their own small private beach. It is also not far to the kilometre-long, fine sandy Baltic Sea beach down to Schönhagen.



The house is furnished to a high standard: downstairs is the combined open-plan living and dining area with parquet flooring. The sofa can also be used as a bed. On the first floor, in addition to the two bedrooms, you will also find the bathroom, in which a large corner bath with massage jets invites you to relax. A special highlight is your own sauna (with window) on the top floor! Is there anything better than loosening up your tired muscles in the sauna after a long day by the sea and letting your gaze wander over the water? For your comfort, there is a separate shower right next to the sauna. In addition to the high-quality garden furniture, you will also find an original beach chair, which completes the maritime Baltic Sea holiday flair.



There is also another small living area on the upper floor - the so-called studio - with large panoramic windows. The Scandinavian wood-burning stove is also located here, so that you can enjoy the view in front of the crackling open fire in winter. In addition to the fully equipped bathroom on the first floor, there is a guest WC on the ground floor and a separate shower in the sauna area next to the studio.



Thanks to the flexible daily price system, there are offers for all budgets and holiday types, from a spontaneous short trip, an extended weekend, a long, relaxing summer holiday or a break in the quieter low season, when the Baltic Sea beaches offer plenty of space and it is all the more cosy in the holiday home.

Please note that fishing is not permitted in the harbour basin.
