A lovely, cosy cabin with high quality fittings and fixtures and well resourced. The owners were very warm and welcoming. What3words was essential for finding the cabin.

A lovely, well-designed little Hideaway. A few minutes’ walk to the coast and with a pub within walking distance. There are also local buses to take you further afield if you’re not driving. You get sunshine on the decking in the morning, which makes for a lovely breakfast sitting outside. Nearby is the island of Lihou, which you can walk to at low tide. There are some lovely bays locally too. Highly recommended.

Such an enchanting little place! Little, but equipped with all you might need, the cabin is situated quite close to the sea.Host is very welcoming and knowledgeable. It has been a wonderful time :-)

Our stay at the Hideaway

Our stay at the property was absolutely lovely, our host and her family were so kind and thoughtful this made our week with slightly inclement weather an absolute joy, a lovely secluded location we will definitely visit again thanks Susie for all your help.

Remote, secluded upmarket cabin, in the rear garden of the friendly owners. Suitable for two adults for a week's holiday.if you're tidy!Ideal for exploring Guernsey by car and local walks too.

The perfect hideaway

Just right for a quiet holiday away from the teeming crowds. Yet still convenient for all attractions and facilities on the island. Very welcoming owners and the property was modern and superbly equipped. Delightful!

Susie is a great host. Very friendly and welcoming. The Hideaway is exactly as described and incredibly well thought out with everything you could need. We had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend it.

A little Hideaway

This is a delightful little Gem.. Susie and Paul have made wonderful compact accommodation in the Hideaway. They are very welcoming and nothing is too much trouble . The Hideaway is very convenient for the local super store and for bus routes to St Peter Port and destinations around the island. Great place to stay - I shall go again.

Quiet peaceful break

We had an excellent peaceful break in a brilliantly designed cabin that had everything we needed. The beach is only a few minutes walk away from the property but there are bus stops close by if needed. Susie & Paul are very welcoming & friendly hosts. Hope to return again another year. Joan & Ray.

The Hideaway is lovely. Brilliant for one person, it's got everything you need for a great holiday. Susie and her husband are perfect hosts, making sure everything is just right, from arrival information and directions to friendly help during your stay. Be sure to follow Susie's directions to find the property, not the Vrbo ones! It was lovely to open the door in the morning to the birdsong all around the cabin. Everything is a high standard, the bed is super comfy. The location is great, with the beach, shop, restaurant just a short walk away. Brilliant!

Fantastisch verblijf!

Het was een geweldige ervaring bij Susie en Paul. Susie is een geweldig leuke gastvrouw.Het is een prachtig, praktischen gezellig huisje, uitermate goed ontworpen, met een mooi design. Modern ingericht en alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Bovendien herleven Prive buitenruimte. Met gebruik van de hottub, zo dat je van daaruit de zon in de zee kunt zien zakken.
