Beautifully renovated, top-floor studio condominium, steps away from Snowmass Ski Area. This cozy condo includes vaulted ceilings and overlooks our two-tier, on-site hot tubs nestled amongst the trees. This condominium includes a full kitchen, living room with a queen sleeper sofa, one attached bathroom, a queen bed in the bedroom, a balcony with a grill and a personal wood-burning fireplace. Sleeps up to four people comfortably. Laurelwood 309 offers a relaxing, spacious and cozy mountain retreat, regardless of the season.

Laurelwood 309 is located right off Snowmass Mountain, featuring incredible ski-in, ski-out access. Located in the heart of Snowmass Village, you are steps away from the Village Mall, the free bus route that goes back and forth into Aspen, hiking & biking trails and much more.

Guests will have sole access to their condo for the duration of their stay. Check-in time is 4:00pm, check-out time is 10:00am. Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and must be approved by Laurelwood front desk. On-site at Laurelwood, there are two tiered hot tubs available for guest use, which is a great way to unwind after a full day of skiing or hiking.

Parking is owned by the town of Snowmass Village, and is a charge of $20.00/day during ski season only. Other times of the year, parking is free. During winter you will need to purchase a parking pass from the front desk upon arrival.

On-site at Laurelwood, there are several coin operated washer/dryers available for use. Detergent is available for purchase at the front desk, or you may bring your own. All linens, towels, hot tub towels are provided, and you can request more as needed. Please note, this property does not have A/C but a box fan is provided in the bedroom closet and it is highly effective in cooling the room down quickly.

We have a full-service front desk team that operates from 8:00am-9:00pm during the summer & winter seasons and 8:00am-5:00pm in the off-season. Our team is here to assist you with all requests to make sure your stay is the best it can be! In case of emergencies, we have an afterhours emergency answering service that guests can call to get in touch with an on-site manager. We are here to make your stay one to remember!

Great slopeside stay!

Truly ski-in / ski-out. Apartment was nicely updated and comfortable. We made breakfast and dinner and we even could ski back and have lunch at the condo. Not far from bus down to Aspen (2-minute walk to Mall bus stop)

Convenient location

The location is great. The condo needs a new sofa-the cushions on the seat have to be pushed back in place every time you get up. We only got our unit cleaned 1 time on the day before we left. It was written on our check in paper that is occurred every other day. Not true. We still enjoyed our stay.
