Your children are an elevator ride away from the Treehouse ski school facility and the Fanny Hill chair lift. Outdoor concerts, restaurants, apres ski activities and summer mountain biking and hiking are just outside the front entrance of the Hayden Lodge complex.



The secured elevator from the underground parking garage (only 1 spot available) or the mall level will take you up to the 2nd floor and the entrance to your vacation rental. This corner unit features an open floor plan with lots of windows and a large outdoor balcony overlooking all the action in Base Village. Despite being right on top of the action, the solid construction of the windows creates a quiet and relaxing environment inside. The living room features a large dining table and a comfortable sectional sofa. During dinner or while relaxing after the day adventures, enjoy the gas fireplace and large flat screen tv. All iTrip Aspen Snowmass properties have WIFI and all rentals are stocked with professionally laundered linens and towels and a starter supply of the following: coffee, tea, paper towels, toilet paper, tissues, trash bags, sponge, dish detergent and soap, laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion and hand soaps. If your home has a wood burning fireplace we provide a starter supply of wood. Additional stock of these items are available for purchase at the local grocery stores.
