Top floor, spacious & updated studio condominium just steps away from Snowmass Mountain. Featuring a full kitchen, wood-burning fireplace, and your own private balcony overlooking our courtyard, come visit to experience all The Laurelwood and Snowmass Village has to offer. Featuring a queen size bed and a queen, pull-out sofa, Laurelwood 310 is the perfect location for families of four, romantic getaways, or ski trips with friends.

Laurelwood 310 is located right off Snowmass Mountain, featuring incredible ski-in, ski-out access. Located in the heart of Snowmass Village, you are steps away from the Village Mall, the free bus route that goes back and forth into Aspen, hiking & biking trails and much more.

Guests will have sole access to their condo for the duration of their stay. Check-in time is 4:00pm, check-out time is 10:00am. Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and must be approved by Laurelwood front desk. On-site at Laurelwood, there are two tiered hot tubs available for guest use, which is a great way to unwind after a full day of skiing or hiking.

Parking is owned by the town of Snowmass Village, and is a charge of $20.00/day during ski season only. Other times of the year, parking is free. During winter you will need to purchase a parking pass from the front desk upon arrival.

On-site at Laurelwood, there are several coin operated washer/dryers available for use. Detergent is available for purchase at the front desk, or you may bring your own. All linens, towels, hot tub towels are provided, and you can request more as needed. Please note, this property does not have A/C but a box fan is provided in the bedroom closet and it is highly effective in cooling the room down quickly.

We have a full-service front desk team that operates from 8:00am-9:00pm during the summer & winter seasons and 8:00am-5:00pm in the off-season. Our team is here to assist you with all requests to make sure your stay is the best it can be! In case of emergencies, we have an afterhours emergency answering service that guests can call to get in touch with an on-site manager. We are here to make your stay one to remember!

Great Location and Outdoor Hottubs

The unit was in a great location with direct clip and ski out access onto the Fanny Hill Aspen Snowmass trail in less than 300 feet from the front door. Kitchen was well stocked with all the cooking utensils and pots/pans that you could need and everything was pretty clean. Unit is on the smaller side, but accurate to the pictures. Not having an electric fireplace is a bit of a downside as it makes drying out snow gear between days a bit harder, but the main office does sell firewood. I would also recommend on not doing any laundry as I could only find 2 washers and dryers in the whole building and they were small units (again, not a huge deal as it's not a priority to wash clothes on vacation). The pullout couch mattress is pretty hard, and might feel pretty uncomfortable if you are used to softer mattresses. The outdoor hot tubs were amazing after a day of skiing and are a few short steps from the building exit. Overall it was exactly what we hoped for, especially since we usually prioritize closeness to the mountain.
