Newly remodeled and centrally located 2bd/2ba condo. Walk to the Assay Hill lift and the Snowmass Center (grocery store, restaurants, & liquor store) or pick up a free shuttle to anywhere in the village right outside your front door. Pool and Hot Tub for guests at the Seasons Four welcome center. Incredible open concept kitchen with lovely natural light and space to entertain. New appliances and re done bathrooms will have you not wanting to go home. Wifi, Smart TV's, in unit laundry & parking.

Newly renovated 2 bedroom 2 bath on the bottom floor of the Four Seasons "Y" building. Walk into the entry way where you'll find an area to sit and de-gear. Hang all your adventure equipment and clothing on the many very useful hangers on the wall. Store your boots on the boot mats and enter into the living area where you'll find beautiful decor and plenty of space to relax. A cozy gas fireplace awaits your cold bones after a long day of skiing. A new comfortable sectional couch and chair are just what the doctor ordered to sprawl out out and get comfy while watching the large, wall mounted, Smart TV. Adjacent to the living area is the gorgeously re done chefs kitchen with new, state of the art, appliances and all the utensils / cooking tools to make the most decadent of meals. The open concept kitchen looks out towards the patio and dining area. The large sliding glass doors and large windows in the living area provide much wanted natural light to enjoy the 300 days of sunlight Colorado provides. The primary bedroom features a KING bed, wall mounted Smart TV, and great closet space. The ensuite bath in the primary is a thing of beauty. subway tiling through and a very spacious stand up tile shower creates a showering experience you'll not want to get out of. The second bedroom is located directly at the end of the main hall and has a very functional two level bunk bed. The lower bunk is a Queen and the upper bunk is a twin. Perfect for the kids or a group of friends. In the second bedroom is a loveseat and TV with a Roku box. A very large closet with plenty of storage space for the whole group is also located in the second bedroom. The second bath has a tub/shower combo and is re done in the same tasteful fashion as the primary bath. Free high speed wifi, coffee maker, hair dyer, pool & hot tub are just the start of the list of amenities this beautiful unit provides its guests.

This was a wonderful, spacious, and well laid out condo! Super clean and host was easy to communicate with. Overall, great stay. "Steps 2 the Slopes" is inaccurate though. Not knowing Snowmass I figured that meant ski in ski out but that was not the case. We had to take a shuttle to and from the mountain. The shuttle is free, timely, and right outside of the condo but you cannot walk to the slopes.

My family of four stayed here for two nights and really enjoyed it! The location is easy to get to and close to the Clarks Market (so convenient). Daly Diner was great for breakfast. Everything in the condo worked well and it felt very homey.

Great communication by the host every step of the way. The condo is well appointed and nicely updated. Only the carpet in the primary bedroom could stand to be replaced soon. This is an older building, so be aware that there is a full flight of stairs to haul all your belongings. There are no elevators or ramps. However, the parking right outside the unit was very convenient. We were disappointed that we didn’t get a chance to use the hot tub because the condo association closes it so early. I would also say that “Steps” to the Slopes is a little misleading. It’s more like steps to the shuttle to get to the slopes. It would be a rather long walk in ski boots carrying your gear. Other than those minor things, we really enjoyed our stay.

My sister & I stayed here for a short break. The apartment is absolutely stunning. Clean, homely and very comfortable. It’s less than a minute walk to the shuttle bus stop that takes you directly to the slopes. We’d definitely come back again.

The location is great and very close to the slopes, but the property is much more dated then the pictures make it out to be online. The rooms were pretty dusty and you could tell the property is rented frequently. We had a pretty good experience but I wouldnt choose to stay in this condo again.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this condo. Everything was clean and as described. Host was very quick to respond to any questions. The kitchen was appointed with all necessities for our stay. The location was convenient to wonderful hiking trails and we enjoyed being able to walk home from the Snowmass gondola area. Our kids also spent a day at the Aspen Snowmass day camp and had a great time! Would definitely stay here again!

Can't get better

Our kids had a ski racing camp at Aspen Highlands. The condo was easy access to it and the other Aspen mountains. Ignore Google, the Supermarket is a right turn out of the complex - 5 mins max. The condo is very welcoming and homey with climate controls everywhere. Next time we're back we'll be looking for this unit.

Beautiful Place

This is a great property. Very well stocked with kitchen items needed and the bedrooms were comfortable with plenty of closet/drawer space for belongings. However this is not “steps to the slopes”. It is steps to a very reliable transit (bus) system to the base village. Then there are steps, up an elevator to the gondola to the mountain. Just to be clear. Otherwise it is clean, attractive, well decorated and has cable TV which was appreciated since we wanted to watch the NCAA finals (men’s and women’s).

Good location and condo

Location is very convenient, just 70-80 ft from the shuttle stop. Condo is well furnished and renovated. Parking spot is right in the front with only 10 stairs to walk up. All rooms except the master bathroom have baseboard heaters controlled with individual thermostat. Gas fireplace is great to have. Living room and 2nd bedroom has smart TVs (not the master bedroom). We used the large washer dryer in the unit frequently, they supplied enough detergent. The air is very dry, and they have humidifiers too, make sure you turn them on. Kitchen was well stuffed but may need some extra kitchenware (table spoons, more pans). A few things we conveyed to the property manager: Oven was not cleaned and smoked terribly when we turned on. The top bunk has a 10" short mattress and cannot sleep a teen or adult, with a big gap between the bed and mattress. Master bathroom is missing the heating element although it had a thermostat and was cold during our stay.

Great stay in Snowmass!

This rental looked perfect for our family- husband and children (18, 20). I was a little concerned at first because it only had a few reviews but I was reassured by my easy communication with the host before we arrived. The condo is exactly as pictured- very clean, modern and well appointed for cooking and relaxing. I was also concerned a little not having a car but the shuttle service throughout Snowmass and Aspen is so easy and convenient and the bus stop is steps from the condo door. No car necessary at all! My husband and son were able to ski back to the condo after a snowfall, otherwise it was just as easy to take the shuttle. The beds were super comfortable with nice flannel sheets in the master. We enjoyed the sectional sofa and fireplace while watching movies on the Smart TV. I was thankful that there were some coffee filters, laundry detergent and plenty of paper products though we had bought some of our own and left leftovers for the next guests. Overall a great stay- would recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Thanks!

Great spot in Snowmass!

We had a great time at this property. Everything was super easy and the owner was so responsive. Very convenient with the Snowmass shuttle stop right in front of the property. Definitely recommend!
